Fanduel will crash before you can get your lineups finished. This happens a lot. Fanduel engineers agreed the crashes are their fault and customer service would not give credits for the entries. Simply terrible company. Ripping customers off everyday with their DFS sports.

Lmao, their location verification has this weird habit of losing verification just long enough to end hands of things like blackjack and Texas hold em and then magically fold you. Happened a few times, so when I complained, they did zero and suspended my account (after I told them to close it with a small amount in). Be careful

I used PayPal to deposit and withdraw my money for over one year with no issues, the last three months the getting my money has been an ordeal. It takes 4-5 days to receive my money in my bank account when it used to take two. Forget about talking to someone, you only communicate ny email.

Would do nothing of this company. Sounds stupid but as a honest review they said taysom as TE (playing as qb after Monday wasn't changeable, have email saying after Monday they could change it and everyone had a fair chance.) I agree yet come Wednesday afternoon they alert everyone to steelers ravens game PPD. (Weirdly after monday). They claim to want to he a do the research company and back our when the money sits in their laps. Avoided draftkings do to notoriety due to professional teams and leagues. Believe me it's legit. On that picture remember they showed me (wen) and alerted me. If you know what you're doing there's a reason draft kings is sponsored to say the least

I've played Fantasy Football for about 10 years never winning anything big. Then when they came to Pennsylvania the fantasy games became less as they forced you to bet more on sports and their horrible casino games especially slot machines. Well I finally won a 3 team pro football parlay in which I bet $100 and cashed out for $880. The next day after 10 years my account was suspended for suspicious inconsistent irregularities. I tried to call and chat with a live person but that's next to impossible. Today 3 days later they sent me a letter requesting my (1) bank debit card that I've bet with for 10 years; (2) my Driver's License; and (3) a picture of me holding a newspaper with today's date. FanDuel made me feel like I'm some kind of criminal for winning. I decided I don't need FanDuel and their horrible customer service.

I tried to sign up for bet $50 get $150 and was referred by a relative. They said you can't be referred by a relative. I had no idea that was a rule. So I had a friend refer me instead. They still wouldn't give me the promo even though I've never used FanDuel before as I'd tried to be referred by a relative first. How petty can you get?!?! I'd rather use a company that treats their customers better rather than the one with all the flashy advertising.

When this site originally launched, bonuses appeared and paid out well. These days, you're rare to see bonuses, and when you do, you might only receive payouts of $20. They reply quickly when you voice your issues, ensuring fair gaming. I sit here reading about all the beautiful winners and how wonderful life is in "Lala Land," but the truth is that those are employees who are being paid to post reviews, and when good people who spend their own money speak out, they are being silenced. I only play small amount on Fanduel and Draftkings to make the NFL interesting. I ended up getting lucky and winning $100.00 on Fanduel. I have a screen copy of where Fanduel says "Withdrawable Balance $124.34". I tried to withdraw $110.00 and received an email that included this;

" Your PayPal withdrawal #xxxxxxxxxx for $110.00, requested at 01/02/2023 06:17 EST didn't go through because it included funds ineligible for withdrawal, so we returned the funds to your FanDuel Fantasy account. You can only withdraw winnings or eligible promotions. "

I have had issues with Fanduel where contests I joined seemed to mysteriously disappear when I looked in "Live" Contests, Now this... I have no trust in them. I have had much better dealings with DraftKings.

I'm here to tell you fanduel held almost $3000 from me for over 30 days because I complained about how long they were taking to return my money. Don't trust fanduel because they are a company from England made up of past criminals and bookies. Go to an American company like draftkings, Caesars pslace or MgM. American strong

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with customer service, even when it has clearly been FanDuel in the wrong. They don't care about customers. Aside from that, their app has been the most unstable of the sportsbooks I've used. Stay away.

This is exactly the type of site we don't want. I deposit $100 because I had a hunch. App didn't work right so I missed the bet. They refused to cash me out. I place a pair of $10 bets on the NFL games and lost both. They deducted the 20 plus another 40 for a parlay that I never bet. Ignore the fake reviews you will surely see about FanDuel as all of the scam artists know how to place high in the search engines with propaganda.

I have been playing on fan duel for a bit. At first promotions a were great,and the risk was little. But once established and a regular player the Wins have become less and less. In fact today I played ALOT. Never scored free spins on the Rose, Fire and Joker nor did I get a spin bonus. In fact, I did not even win 1/2 back of money spent! Tried getting help with a guy named John. Asked my question, told "wait a few moments for me to review" and never got back to me. Minutes later he closed the chat with no word or help. Customer service, a joke!

Nonexistant customer service on a handpay after a dealer mistake. No phone number to call. You can never chat with a representative and unresponsive to emails except generic responses. It's a joke. They don't like paying out money and only appreciate you if your not winning. Run for the hills. Don't use this site.

I bet $200 and won. Only $19. I bet the under on the Super Bowl and should have won $190 being my cash out to $390. Instead it was $219. I cashed out knowing they owed me another $171. Chatted with a rep from FanDuel and I was told it was an error by them. The next day I chatted again and was told since I cashed out that was the correct payout. I bet $200 and won a whopping $19! Thanks Crooks.

I recently joined and they were offering $200 risk free on your losses for the first 24 hours. I lost $300 and never received my casino bonus. I called 4 times and was hung up on 3 of those times. The 4th person said they would write me when they got an answer to the issue and 4 days later - no response. In addition I emailed 5 times and have gotten no response. I play on other casino sites and customer service is excellent. This is the worst one I have ever seen and they lure you in with bonuses they never give you.
