I play the slot machine every day and I lose this one day I played and I won $1700. I was questioned by them that I had a gambling problem. My account was suspended. They issued me out 1000 of my money and kept 700 of it when I asked when would I get my money back? They said 3 to 5 days, then I got a text a couple days later saying that they couldn't put the money in my account. They had to mail it to me and it would take 5 to 10 business days that was on November 19 today I still haven't received the check and no one will talk to me, and every time I question about my money, they said somebody from the Support will get back to me

I bet on KC against the spread on Thursday night football as part of the spread the love promotion. The spread was over plus 80 for KC. KC lost by 1 but I still lost. Their exclamation was a joke, I know I'm a small fish in their pond but I cashed out on principle and anyone else I know I let them know,

I was playing craps and hit my number and they just gave me my bet back after saying I won. Then my next bet was 4$ then I rolled a 9 and placed another 4$ on odds. Then I rolled my nine and they took my money and said I placed on don't come. I always play the pass line and I play a lot. If I would of missed it on the first bet I know I'm not missing it on the second bet, but they won't help you. It's f'ing a total of 7-8$. I don't understand how these m'fers can be so damn greedy. The "help" said they seen no discrepancies. I had to go into my history and find the bet number and time. I guarantee she did nothing and came back with that bs. F FanDuel and I was spending a lot on them until now.

I was on their app and I wanted to place a bet so I did. Their app ended having a big delay before I placed my bet. I didn't realize it was a 9 minute delay. The odds didn't match up with the delay. So I lost my bet before I put it in. Customer service was not helpful at all. They pretty much said it wasn't there fault

The slot machines will take your money. When you first sign up they give you wins. After you're a member for a week or so you don't want anything machines just take your money. Don't fall for the scam save your money for a real casinos. Lost 30K

I recently placed a wager on the NFL draft for the Eagles to use the 30th pick in the draft to pick a linebacker at 22/1 odds. The selection: Nolan Smith, LB from Georgia. The wager was graded as a loss due to Fanduel referring to Smith as an edge rusher.
They can call him what they want, but I can find references to him being a linebacker all over the place. When I worked with their support team, they forwarded me a link from ESPN for some reason, and it said he was a linebacker.
Gone are the days when they just pay out everything on the face of the earth for the positive publicity. Now they are just like many other books where they screw their clients.

So basically when i tried to cash out 1294. 34 that i won in a parlay bet i was met with a Problem ( created on THEIR end)so they couldnt send it to one of two accounts. So i opted for a paper check. Which i have Still NOT received. This is day THIRTEEN.

I play black jack and there is nothing random or fair play about it. The dealer gets a 20 60% of the time and when they have to hit the draw into 20 or 21 80% of the time. Mathematically it's not possible but they sure do it. When I have to hit I bust 90% of the time. Totally not "fair play" RIGGED for sure and you can't change my mind. $#*!in ripoff

Avoid these guys as you will be lucky to play the late games as they cannot grade in a realistic amount of time. Many times it is a hour after the play was final that they grade it. Even support is pathetic and the wait is very long.

Bonuses and re-up bonuses are horrible.

I think FanDuel is racketeering they don't give any money in the bonuses it's absolutely ridiculous then I play for $2.00 and only get 30 cents what a shame

They rip you off of your bets and allocate them somewhere else then when you question them they say they will get back to you dont waste your money you have a better chance going to your local casino. Arizona resident also when you list your personal info watchout you wont get it back they keep you on file this is BOGUS!

I've been doing sports betting for some time- what I've learned from FanDuel Sportsbook is that if I am winning in a parlay I have a live, but suddenly I get locked out of my account where the claims are not recognize my password, so I can cash out. At first I thought I was just busy network or some sort of error but there's a common theme lately where I can I benefit from my bet. Good to know! Trust me!

On Sunday I made a $50 bet for Tyker Red$#*! (Nascar) to place 3rd or better. He finished fourth (Initially) then the two top finishers were disqualified. Great Tyler comes in second and I win the bet. Wrong, they stated some bs about a Podium finish. I got a rep that was very curt and distant. I told the guy look you are being "penny wise and pind foolish". I have spent thousands on your site. I even asked OK, give me a site credit for my win, He said nope. Guess what, I disconnected my membership and these crooks can steal from someone else. I would file a suit --but the time and aggravation over winning 9-1 just does not make it for me. So these guys lost my considerable business and I will bad mouth the hell out of them

Ensure you read it, as their bet $5 and get $150 depends on the type of bet you make. I didn't get it as I posted a spread bet and not a money line bet. They offered me a no sweat bet of $25, I lost and they took my money anyway. I got on and spoke with customer service twice. 1st guy said wait 72 hours and your money will be back. 2nd guy I will submit it to your account right away. I received a $25 bonus bet. I wanted my money back, not another bet. Pulled my money from this app. They ask for proof of the transacation, yet it is an opt in bet, so I'm not sure how I am supposed to have a picture of that.

Observation: Higher wager hands lost more often than low wager hands like $1-$2

Complete FRAUD. Statistically impossible odds favoring the house with a 6 deck shoe. The screenshot is the last series of straight losing hands (7) I played and concluded that this place is fraud. Keep your money to bet somewhere fair.

I have had the worst luck with fan duel then any other site I play lately very frustrating because this was my favorite site it time to say goodbye at this point

My wife had a $3000. 00 cash out offer that she accepted during the Boston College and Clemson game that BC was the final leg of a 3 team parlay that would have paid $15,000 if they would have won. When they were 1&10 inside Clemsons 40, that when the offer came over her phone and she accepted it, they say that she wasn't in Pa when she accepted it and we were in our home in Pittsburgh. 2 weeks later they still haven't paid her and just keep giving her a bunch of bs on her emails. Getting ready to file a complaint with pa gaming Commision.

The site constantly locks up my browser. I also watch the games on my system, so I have to close and restart FireFox. Support does not exist. If you try to use the stupod AI to get answers, it just repeats questions twice, only to get to the end and tell you there are no reps available. No place to send an email either. A DEFINITE sign of a SCAM SITE!
