As stated in title. The system asked questions like last log in date and exact amount of cash in account you have.
If you cannot log in how will you even know exact balance unless you keep separate records. Also need to know the exact date of last log in. I have the site on my tool bar open and thus never need to log in. Again I have no record of last log in. I offered custom support ( really customer rejection) my last four of my SS, my last deposit, and amount along with the card number I used. No dice. They locked me out and kept my balance. This is hard to believe and really a crime in my mind...This firm needs to be investigated for inflexiable account verification procedures. I wonder how much cash they have collected from locked accounts following procedure. Also if others have had this problem.

They have site glitches regarding funding and OS inabilities and lay these problems on the bettors rather than take responsibilities causing Security suspensions thru no fault of your own... still waiting to be back up also I have winning bets and bonus money in play... am I being stiffed?

So I play across multiple online casinos here in Michigan. FanDuel is by far the worst in regards to bonus features with a chance to win jackpots! I wagered almost 400.00 and not once did the jackpot feature in Divine Fortunes ever trigger. I play this game regularly on Draftkings, BetMgm and Wynnbet all of which the bonus and jackpot feature triggers often. May explain why the jackpots in those sites fluctuate from high to low. Fanduel has the highest jackpot I've ever seen playing divine Fortune which means they don't payout! When I contacted customer service for previous jackpot winner stats I was told they are not privy to such stats. Do not play here. Go to one of the other I mentioned above. They have awesome promotions, special freeplay opportunities and big payouts!

I had several seemingly unauthorized withdrawals from my bank from FanDuel.
I'm certain that I did not authorize them all.
I attempted to contact FD which is impossible except for a "chat". After 2 hours waiting I asked to see my withdrawals/deposit history for the previous 3 months.
The "chat" person immediately closed my account and ended the chat immediately.
I have tried multiple times to contact FD. My account had money in my balance and they have yet to refund me. This was 2 months ago.
I am now going to the WV Attorney General Office,
Fan Duel is a ripoff.

I seen all the reviews on here and I believe them. Cause I have my own experience. But I'm noticing. Something even bigger. During the Browns game about 20 minutes ago I took a 3rd touchdown bet on a running back to score and Joe Flocco to throw his 4th touchdown. They get down to the about the 12 yard line and kick it. It's like the box office told the coach to let the quaterback know not to score to save Las Vegas. I think we should all stop betting nationwide for at least 30 days everyone than this company will respect are complaints. We need everyone around the US to stop gambling on FanDuel. Also the quaterback didn't throw the ball next possession just ranned it this is all rigged.

FanDuel is a bad online casino to play at ANYTIME now. The payouts are very tiny and they NEVER let you win your losses back. Any bonuses paid out are rare also. Obviously, FanDuel has gone downhill more & more and management has changed everything for the worse when it comes to the players. Bottom line - you won't win at FanDuel. YOU WILL LOSE! FanDuel will then take your money and invest it into Bitcoin. They'll make a double return on your losses because of their GREEDY OWNERS. I tried their $15 refer a friend program rewards program and never got compensated for it and neither did my friend. The worst part is dealing with their customer service chat which is the only way to contact them. EIGHT times I was told they had to "escalate" the issue to that department and that someone would contact me through email. NEVER HAPPENED. Ended up deleting my account.

This Fanduel has to be the absolute worst betting site period. Every since I placed a 1 dollar wager and won a little over 2800 dollars my account has been extremely quirky to say the least. I have been creating 13 to even 25 leg tickets and now all of a sudden they won't allow me to create the type of tickets I want. Stating that some of my picks can't be parlayed and not giving me a reason why besides they clearly don't want me to win big. Last but not least they just keep logging me out literally every 2 minutes in the midst of me making picks and saying due to inactivity when there is heavy activity. FD customer service is the worst thing I've had to deal with. If you are a Hall of Fame member, then certain rules are bended for you. If not, then good lick trying to get anything resolved. They will lie to you on the chat and tell you rules that are not listed anywhere on their site, but when it happens to you, they say that these are the rules and that's that. PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't give these crooks a penny of your money. If you email support, they will get back to you quickly, but after sending them 1-2 messages, you will get an email saying the case is closed, when it was never taken care of. THEY ARE CROOKS!

My first time went to casino and bet, i was won 2 parlays 3 and parlay 4, but two of the parlay i had one teams tie and they said l lost. That is really sucks, yall be careful dont bet on this fanduel website. Because dealers always wins when the game is tie, neither u bet A or B u still loss

I haven't been able to login to my account for over a month now. My money is stuck and it's all Due to an error on thier end. Nothing from me. I've reached out to the customer support several times and they are "litteraly" the worst. They keep saying in a few days someone should reach out from the tech support team. Now, 39 days later, they just ended the chat straight up on me. With a copy of the same exact message the previous person said 2 and a half weeks ago. I'm done FYOU Fanduel. I hope you guys lose all of your customers. Go ahead and keep my money, I'm gonna spread the word as much as I can. DON'T USE FANDUEL. Draftkings or BetMGM 100%

Yall some hoes! I definitely suggest that games are rigged on bets placed on FanDuel an DraftKings. Even when you have the best lineups, you wont win. They need an internal audit all the way around. $#*!es goin be $#*!es just like FanDuel and DraftKings. They all in for the money period

I just deleted my account with this site. I opted in for risk free bets and never received the bonus.

And they wont let me play the free games they have after all the money i spent. Everytime i try playing the free games i kept getting sent back to the log in screen. When i play casino games i get logged out in the middle of a bet. I log back in just to find out i lost. And when i tried to speak to a agent they kept dodging me and cutting me off in mid conversation. No matter how many times you try they will do the same thing over and over. Fanduels is a scam.

Made the required $50 preseason wager on the Buffalo Bills to win the Super Bowl, per Fanduel's promotion, I was to receive a free $5.00 bet after each week that the Bills win a regular season game. This is the second time that FanDuel has FAILED to issue said $5.00 free bet. With all the sportsbook options in New Jersey, I will be putting my money elsewhere moving forward. This fool, will no longer be using FanDuel...

They never respond or resolve any issues. They won't allow winnings to be transferred out and they make you keep it in the account to make future gambling. You don't have a choice. They take money out of your banking acct that you don't authorized. Just a scamming illegitimate gambling site. F*** them and their cheating scamming ways! Don't gamble on this site.

I'm new to sports betting and based on the fairly compelling Superbowl 55:1 odds commercial decided to give it a try. I spent about 2 hours (including having my son who is familiar with sports betting) working on this. I put in a help ticket (there is now phone help due to COVID... really?!?) and was told I could expect help 3-5 days after the super bowl was over. Eventually based on a pop-up indicating new members could bet the straight line and expect to get 55:1 odds. I was finally able to place a straight bet. The site was very difficult to navigate, kept offering to down load the app when I was using the app, kept asking me to sign in when I was already logged in.

Save your money and don't waste it on fandual. If you win on fandual it's only because they let you. I hope they get caught like they did with the sports betting side and get sued on the casino side for game manipulation.

FanDuel is a terrible outfit who tries to figure out anyway they can to cheat people. Everyone I know tried to get me to not sign up with these people and I discovered why. They offer a sign-up promotion of if you wager five dollars they will give you $150 in promotional wagers free. So I signed up went to their sports book. Elected to make my first but a $100 bet in the sports book on the Preakness horse race. They refused to give me the promotional wagers. They advertise citing that because they were not on a human sporting event that they would not give a promotion. They said that now I am in eligible for the promotion, because I did not do the right thing when I signed up. I asked to talk to a manager to dispute this they were very rude and deactivated my new account as I suggested they do without any conviction for true customer service or appreciation. Whatever you do, do not sign up with this crappy $#*! outfit.
