I ordered a t shirt. Needed a bigger size. Customer service rep doesn't know if return label can be printed out from where I'm mailing return back from. The post office. So I basically have to go and see if they can print off my return label when the rep should have that basic answer. He's suggesting go to library or some place to print off my phone. Why do I have to do so much leg work on a return? Rep doesn't have answers and very impatient. Upon returning if you choose gift card and order same item you still pay more cause if new tax and delivery. If original payment refunded $9.99 is charged for the shipping return. I don't even think I'll order the bigger size now. But thank you for the bad experience August 15,2023
Ok so I ordered a ball cap for $24.99 plus $4.99 for shipping plus $1.99 for handling plus tax and I pay $34.60. The hat arrives all scrunched up in a box and I am not happy. So I do a return but they will only give me $17.00 back because they are deducting $9.99 for shipping charges. I'm getting the shaft and will never buy anything again from them! This is not a full refund.
I enjoy the interface and there's a wide range of markets. My friends geo location quit working after he won big. His other sports book apps work great. I also had one of the 80 dollar referral bonuses never get paid to me. But I still come back and check the rewards and if they are good I still use the app weekly.
Supposed to have given it 3 stars, since it was decent, not too good nor bad. But I believe the overwhelmingly negative reviews here are all unlucky customers. Or maybe it's just that I live two states across this business.

Ordered yesterday and haven't received a confirmation email at all. Order review doesn't even say shipped so I'm going to go ahead and assume the free 3-5 day shipping is a lie. Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered

I updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars since i finally received an email that my shirt is on its way. Funny thing is our team just got put out of the Stanley Cup last night so will have the shirt for next season.
I updated my rating since Chastity from Fanatics went out of her way to explain the issues with the warehouse and why our item was so delayed. It would be nice if Fanatics did this without my writing a bad review first but glad somebody acknowledged the issues I have had with this shirt. I will give Fanatics another chance next time i order something and hopefully will never encounter a 3-4 week delay again!

I ordered a NHL shirt for my husband's birthday more than 2 weeks ago and it stated shipping within 24 hours so expected it within the week. His team has played many times since then however i was not concerned as long as it was here before his birthday party (which is tonight). I called twice this week and even spoke to a supervisor who stated the shirt has been delayed and they cannot tell me why and also cannot tell me when it will arrive. So our team plays tonight, his party is tonight, and it still is not even showing as shipped yet. They wouldn't even give me a discount on the shirt for my troubles. Horrible customer service. I will never order from them again! Wasted too much of my time calling them to find out absolutely no information.
They can't even call anybody to find out where the shirt is and why it's not being delivered. Horrible!
I ordered it with normal expectations that it would be shipped within 2 to 3 days. It was listed as in stock. Then 6 days with nothing shipped. Don't expect it fast. Got a refund and will spend it with someone who actually ships what you paid for.
Shipping times are absolutely excessively unheard of. Do your Christmas shopping in May on this site (not kidding) I ordered a Yankee cup gift for a friend last year and it took a month to arrive! I had to rush out and buy something else, leaving me with a cup that I ended up regifting. I decided to give them another chance last week and ordered a hoodie for over $100, but it's been SEVEN days and it still hasn't shipped! Its 2024! Shipping shouldn't take this long! A week and UPS hasn't even gotten the package yet! I'm worried it won't arrive on time. Now I have only four days to find an alternative, so | feel let down once again. Communicating with customer service is just as frustrating; the chat takes 20 minutes to load, and all they've offered in the past is a $5 shipping refund. We paid $160 for a jersey and it came with the wrong number on it. They have no customer service. It's like dealing with a government agency. I tried the online chat. That was a joke. I emailed twice but never heard back. They desperately need a competitor! Anytime there's not competition the customer service SUCKS! $160 wasted (was our sons big Christmas gift). We won't purchase from them again. However, I'm confident they won't miss our business and will live on the dominate the industry.

Giving 1 STAR is more than Fanatics deserves. I have been a customer for many years and never had an issue. I do not know if this is the new way of increasing sale or bad management.
Placed an order for a college hoodie on Dec. 13. The delivery date provided was Dec 20. This is a Christmas present so the date was great.
- Soon after I received an email that stated the order would now ship around Jan 6,2025 and I could cancel the order if I wanted.
- Dec 15, I tried to cancel the order. After several failed attempt to cancel I used the online chat Fan Assistance (Mark). I was told I needed to cancel the order within 30 minutes after receiving the email indicating a delay in the order. The email states "If you choose not to wait, you may cancel your order anytime". *Anytime, not 30 minutes. I questioned him about the 30 minutes and all he said was there was nothing he could do.
- Dec 15, while attempting to cancel the order I received an email that stated Thank you for your order. Estimated Arrival: Jan 10 - Jan 16.
As you can see this has become very confusing. It appears that Fanatics is using deception to confuse the customer on purpose in hopes the customer will give up.
- I guess this is a great way for Fanatics to increase their Christmas sales on orders knowing they cannot have the product delivered by Christmas. Then make it impossible to cancel the order, hoping that the customer will give up.
- I am currently waiting for an email from "Back Office". I asked for a phone number but was denied. If I was a betting man, I would bet I will receive nothing from Fanatics.

I purchased something that was 18 times too big for me and had to return. I used the credit option to purchase something else. When i tried to use my credit, they took my order and then rejected it and sent an email with a phone number that I called three times. Each time they would place me on hold, and then hang up after about 20 minutes. I used the online chat option and they told me to call the same number that was not answering. Then they told me that they had to put in a ticket for my cancelled order and missing money and would contact me in 48 hours. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never purchase from there again.
Ordered a long sleeve gray camouflage shirt. When I received it, it looks barely even close to what was pictured. Like a distant cousin of the website photo. I just bought an authentic Adidas Winnipeg Jets Kyle Conner jersey/sweater from fanatics for $280. They shipped it without wrapping the jersey and stuffed it into a little bag. So if, during shipping, it was ripped open, it would get ruined. The bag was so small it came all wrinkled. I bought the Adidas jersey over the fanatics for the better quality. I have bought fanatic clothing before and was thin garbage. So instead of getting a nicely wrapped and boxed fanatics jersey, if you order a $280 Adidas jersey, you get punished. I was going to get a Connor Hellebuyck jersey, too, but never again! Your loss fanatics! You trash!
These incompetent people did nothing at all to resolve my problem. What did they do? They blamed me for the issue which was clearly on them. I was told it had to do with an email? What kind of nuts do insane stuff like this? I have never had any issues using any payment methods. That includes many orders from sites that are more famous than this bungling outfit. It also includes using all the payment methods these nuts canceled my orders over. They cancel four or five orders in a row over a few months at that. How does this joke of a company even stay in business?
I reached out to the nuts and they claim they can do nothing for me because of my safety and security? Huh? I have to reach out to someone different in the company to get them to take the money I am trying to give them? These people are nuts.

Ordered a Women's small shirt and although I always wear that size this wasn't close. I called to return it and I had to pay shipping and handling. So the shirt was $42 my refund after shipping and handling was deducted was $21. Not a bad business model. For them!
