I ordered around Christmas time with an expected delivery date. Well, things didn't go exactly according to plan and delivery times got pushed. The company gave me a partial refund and still made it to me by Christmas! Product was well beyond expectation.
FedEx took 3 days to go from Laredo to Cypress(Houston)... the package should have gone to Denver 7 days to deliver is obnoxious

Your company needs to work on the trust factor. The last thing you should tell your costumers is your company is not fake or a scam. You need a real human on the phone and a real address listed on your website. Maybe make a video of the people who make the picture or give a tour of the factory that makes the prints.
