I bought for a bday present to my step mother and she hated it. You see she is a person with expensive taste on a persons beer budget. So I had to get a refund. I thought she would enjoy it as it had all of her children's names on it. But to my surprise she didn't like.

They did a great job with the pictures I sent of what I wanted and changed everything I asked them to do.
Never received the 15% off that I received and said it would be taken off my order.
I got a message saying that I would be receiving 15% this order and that it was added and I don't see it on my order.

It was a gift for our anniversary, my wife laid in bed and stared at it for an hour, she loves it.
There are apparently 2 companies with the same name. I didn't realize that and had trouble finding what I had seen before. It was very confusing. However once I figured that out, I had no trouble and received the ordered item promptley.
It was the best purchase it came in within a week of buying it and it look just like the photo but way better in person

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
