You should be able to cancel online and not have to call someone. Also, got charged because I forgot to skip the month and finally ordered and it's taking forever to get my shipment.
I know this isn't FabKid's fault but the package was delivered to the wrong address. Photo of delivery and everything. I have ordered so many times with zero issues but this is very frustrating.
Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
The boots I recently purchased were already coming apart. The inside sole was not glued in. The lining inside was coming apart. Looked like the sewing was not done correctly. The outside fabric was not attached to the rubber sole.
I loved my purchase. Good value for money. Size was some bigger than others but is ok for my son, who will have time to use them.
I paid a monthly $49 for a subscription but every time I went to buy close I had a few credits that were good for nothing. I had to pay MORE and often for sale items. Gross model. Zero actual customer service.
My order never came. It said it was delivered and I've been trying to call customer service.
I had a very good experience with FabKids. I got some nice shoes with a nice deal that made it much more affordable.
Whenever I encountered an issue getting help was pretty easy and I like the 24/7 hour helpline + the chat option. SO CONVENIENT! And the customer service of the employees was also great.
I love the boots, there super cute! I just didn't like how long it took to get here. Other than that it would have been 5 stars
I was excited for the price I paid but soon realized they only sent one pair of shoes. I clearly ordered 2 pairs and was charged for 2 pairs. But nope! I only received one pair! Thanks for nothing fabkids!

I'd never shop on this website! It hacked my credit card twice '! They run to small but I read the reviews of them running the right size. And the cream ones were very small
I have tried to cancel on several occasions and waiting for someone to join the chat for an extended period of time is not feasible
We LOVE the shoes! We got them on sale for about $13 and they are wonderful Ugg dupes for that price. I was worried about the quality but they truly are nice shoes and the color (light pink) is so fun and cute. I do feel that these are made slightly small. Maybe half a size smaller. I sized up a size so that my daughter could wear thick socks with them and I'm glad I did because I think her normal size would've either been snug or overall too small. The one size up was only half a size too big for her. Which did work out perfect for the thicker socks.
My issue remains with the shipping. We have had snow in the area so it wasn't necessarily the amount of time it took but that I was getting notifications that it was out for delivery when it wasn't. It got stuck about 2 hours away from me when I would get mail shipped from other carriers from the same exact area delivered, but instead I would get notified that it was out for delivery and then nothing. This happened for about a week. I know OnTrac is a smaller company so I'm sure there were days that they let their employees stay home and off the roads, but the notifications were a little frustrating especially after the second and third time. For reference I placed the order on the 5th and it just got here on the 21st -- so from the expected delivery date until the 21st I was notified that it was out for delivery. They then delivered it to the wrong house that was 4-5 houses down from me. Thankfully our distant-neighbors were very kind and I was able to get the package from them.
I gave them 4 stars, but I wish I could give 3.5... the shoes are great and we love them, but there are other places with good quality, good priced shoes to order from. This was our first purchase and may not be our last, but the shipping carrier will definitely have me hesitating to order again. They did not leave a good first impression.

Very happy with the shoes that were purchased. My kids loved them. But I did order fast shipping which did NOT happen. I assumed I would receive with 3-5 business days since I did pay the extra $15 to receive fast shipping. No refund was made I tried to email but due to busy schedule I was unable to call customer service. A refund or $15 discount on next purchase would be great. Was not aware a physical address was needed nor was it listed to inform at time of purchase.
I can understand a day or so of delays but this is ridiculous! I haven't received items for my daughter and she really needed new shoes. I would've went in the store had I known this would take so long. This sounded like a good deal and turned out to be a horrible experience. Probably a scammer site smh!
Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
