Went to ez pawn this evening and I got the rides employee I've ever encountered, I thought the manager was bad this is the one on northwest expressway and Rockwell, anyways I've been going to this certain pawn shop for over 8 years and this evening they lost a good customer. I will encourage every and anybody not to go to this certain one because for one they don't do good business, two there customer skills are the worst I've seen in years, and two there a couple of there employees smells like marijuana Everytime I go therebad place to be smelling like that dealing with customers!

Customer service was terrible lazy manager, they didn't trst my silver when I went to get it priced, the manager just sat there, and didn't tend to anyone

Good business, lots of merchandise, and helpful, knowledgeable employees there that are more than qualified to assist

I love this store. Mary, and her crew are fabulous, always willing to assist and ready to help with loan needs as well as purchasing product. The VIP program is fabulous, I definitely get this plan for my jewelry purchases.

Being a lifelong shopper of pawn shoppes...was appalled at items claimed to be working.when its junk...not one.but 3 employees instilled with.my trust lied to my face...racist rude liars...do not assume they are anything but cheap people hating their lives NOT USA NOT WORTH THE ADVERTISEMENTS...EZ PAWN= Theives...period...

Horrible! Broke my necklace. Gave back wrong amount. Do not give you half of what your items are worth. New staff there does not know what they're doing. Do not waste your time!

They're not trying to give anyone a deal. I took a $450.00 amp brand new, they offered me $70.00. Customer care, yeah right. Their add clearly states the more it's worth, the more they loan. Every EZ Pawn I've been too, is lame, trying to lowball a person. Don't fall for it folks. VERY dissatisfied. Back to other pawn brokers I know, at least they're fair!

I went to the ezpawn off of market street and the customer service there was nothing less from amazing. The first person to approach me was this person named Jen and they were so helpful. I was just looking around and she talked to me about how I don't have to spend all my money right now but almost anything I wanted could be put on layaway. She didn't make me feel dumb when I asked her all my questions. Thank you.

I have to tell you that this is probably one of the best loan shots that I have been to in my career as a business owner. The staff at the shepherd EZ pawn in Houston go out of their way to make sure that they can be of help to you and that they can serve you in any way possible. They're friendly they're courteous and their knowledgeable I would recommend this easy pawn store to anybody in my family friends or who would inquire. Thanks easy pawn for always being there for me when I need you.

My name is Angelique Martin *******181 On Sunday 6/25/2023 4:20 pm I went into EZ-PAWN at 2600 6th St, Amarillo Texas. Needed a Loan I was pawning SAMSUNG GALAXY S22 Ultra 512gb 24K gold with hand engraving aurum-edition this is not a phone that is sold in retail stores. I Was told that they decide on a pawn amount based on eBay and other resale sites. Now here's where everything became apparent that the 2 ladies in the store exercising abuse of authority. She went into the settings and the above description and model number is what was written but she decide to change the description saying she couldn't afford that special phone it was probably stolen she whispered to the female manager. Wait when she looked up the correct description on eBay a used one is almost 5000.00. She went on to I'll give you 25.00 you are broke you'll accept it at this point I am livid these women yelled at me to log out of all your stuff Samsung accounts, emails remove my pin lock but in my experience with this particular store that I have used since 2015 because it is literally 5 min from the house the only phone this is done with our iPhones. If it is an Android you just log into your own account on Google if you buy a phone from a pawn shop but in their defense rules might have changed. The only employee in that store who gets an A+ in customer service is the young man with glasses, The female manager was power-tripping and the older Mexican lady was a follower so in the end I decided not to pawn it and I will never use this chain again.

I went to EZ pawn@ 1015 Fair Ave because it's an awesome place to go. I was assisted by Charles. Awesome dude one of the best customer service in the business. Excellent experience with Charles thank you Charles keep up the great work.

I will be going to take EZ Pawnshop to Small Claims Court for the theft of my rings and seeking the full amount that's allowed because my receipt doesn't match the rings that they said was mine.

I went to EZ Pawn because it was so close to my home and it was a awesome experience, Laura was the name of the person who helped me and it was a no hassle service. I got exactly what I asked for on my loan. I will definitely do business there again and again thank you guys everybody was so friendly and greeted me the second I walked through the door. I purchased an IPhone10 from the EasyPawn location in Smyrna Tennessee location and lost $400 dollars and was NOT able to use the phone after a few months as it was later reported as stolen. I then called the store to inquire about my options and alert them of what happened and they went immediately to asking questions about whether I had purchased a protection plan even though they sold me a stolen phone. I then went into the store location and asked for a refund which they refused and I also asked to get a copy of their protection plan agreement which they then again refused to provide so I then provided my phone number to confirm my service protection plan and ironically they had deleted the record of purchase from their system and lied saying they had referred the matter to their GM and were awaiting a call back which never happened so to make a long story short they did not do a thorough background review of the phone being sold to them, they sold the phone to me, it was later reported stolen and locked out of all networks and they refused to honor their sale or assist in any way so now I'm out of $400 dollars and no phone. If you are considering going to any Easy Pawn and buying a cell phone please be very careful as this could definitely happen to you and they will do absolutely nothing to accommodate you or refund you a $1.

I use ex pawn for all of my loan needs and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly and will make sure you get the most out of ur purchase or loan. The guys at the north academy store stayed late to make sure I got what I needed. The prices are fair and they have the best deals I've seen around town. I highly recommend ez pawn to anyone!
