It is two weeks, and I have paid close to 150 US dollars for some contact lenses. They have not shipped. They won't respond to any emails. I don't know what else to do, except share my negative experience with other shoppers. All I am asking is for them to ship my order but I cannot even get a response as to why not, from them. I cannot recommend this company who takes your money and then disappears. They do not take paypal so they make it harder on purpose to get a refund. I will call the bank in the morning. Please find a different company, as it seems to be hit or miss on whether this company will steal your money.

Stay Away!

Unfortunately my experience with this company was absolutely awful... They sent me a defective product and refused to replace it.
I paid over $30 for contacts I could not wear because it was a rip in the middle of one of them.
I was told to take a picture of the contact against a black background
After doing so I was told
Oh well we can't replace the product because you opened it it's the customer's duty to examine the product before opening it
There was no way I would have been able to see a rip in the contacts inside the bottle.
If I were you I would not buy from this company stay far far away.
They will refuse to replace any of their defective product
It also took 20 days to receive my package
I really wish I could give them a one-star

Eyecandy's sells some solid, quality contact lenses, though it took quite the runaround to get them. The original ones I ordered were out of stock, so I agreed to switch to another product they recommended which again turned out to be out of stock. Their reason they gave was that their "stock fluctuates everyday." It took a few emails of back and forth to find other contacts I wanted but they didn't charge me the price differential as a courtesy so that was nice.

I put an order in early January and it is now March 3rd and I have not received my order yet. I was unable to reach them via email (no phone number was listed so I messaged them on Facebook messenger and they got back to me same day saying the package must've been lost and that they will send me a new one within 3 business days. I've had asked for a refund but that comment has been ignored. I would never buy from here again. Fraud website.

Paid almost $150 for 4 boxes of one-day contact lenses plus $20~ more for express shipping. But the store ended up sent them through the regular post. All the emails are being ignored. All the conplaints in Facebook were deleted without any apology or explanation. I can't believe the way they handle their slow processing and late shipment was by giving me the fake tracking number. The store took a full month period to start processing my order And shipped it through the regular post while i pay $20++ more for express shipping. It's my first time experiencing the online stores that have bad reputation in every way.

This website has a wonderful selection on circle lens in a variation of sizes and colors. They also offer free shipping on any order $14+ which most of the lens are more than that so it is super reasonable and generous of them to do. The prices and quality are great. The shipping is exceptionally fast considering the products come from across seas. I haven't had any issues with the website where I've needed to contact customer service, but the atmosphere welcomes customer concerns, so I don't feel I would have an issue. Overall, its a great website to order circle lens from and I will certainly be ordering again myself.

Flawless experience

Customer service was exceptional, helping me choose the perfect pair from their extensive selection. My package came in only one week, which is quite fast! I researched a lot of color contacts websites, and Eye Candy definitely had the best value. I got free shipping and free lens cases. Overall, 10/10!

I've purchased multiple sets of contacts from Eyecandy and have never had any problems with them. I love how I can change up my style so easily and quickly. Colour contacts really give you the best bang for your buck. Customer service is fast and friendly. My only gripe is that they don't accept Paypal. Other than that, flawless!

Best colored contacts I've ever owned. They're super comfortable and hands down best prices. I've been buying from Eyecandy's for years (back when they were still called Eyecandy Lens). I admit that shipping is not the fastest (longest time I waited was a month but it was for backordered products) but usually I get my items in 3 weeks or less. Never had any issues with them. I'll continue to shop with them for all my contacts needs.

Judging from the poor reviews a few years ago, I can say that EyeCandy's has definitely done something about it and improved their customer service, shipping speed and overall quality. My order arrived in 2 weeks to the US, and the sealing, packaging, labelling was all perfect. The contacts were also true to pictures. They included some Asian snacks (which tasted pretty good!) which was a nice gesture

The lenses are so freaking beautiful. I also love this Sailor Moon inspired lens case that came with my purchase. One of my items was out of stock but they gave me a refund in a couple days. Shipping was fast. I'll order again.

I was skeptical due to some bad reviews, so I placed a small order about a week ago, paid for early shipping. The customer service now informed me that it takes 5-10 (most likely 10) days to process orders. So i'm still waiting, for my order to even be processed which doesn't make sense because my account was charged, hence sounds like it was processed... *3 weeks later* my package came! If you don't care when it comes, I'd recommend. The contacts came in tact, overall I like them.

The Best, Period!

They have so many selections of color contact lenses to choose from. The free shipping is decent and allows tracking unlike many companies in Asia who don't offer this service.

I've ordered 3 times in the last 6 months, very happy with their service so far.

I've purchased from EyeCandy's on multiple occasions and can't fault their order fulfilment or customer service. They've promptly replied my emails politely and in a detailed manner each time. The lenses are beautiful and comfortable. I've also noticed they keep on constantly changing their website to make it easier to navigate and find items.

Product is alright

My Geo Princess Mimi Cafe lenses from here are quite drying. I previously got other Geo lenses and I could wear them for longer. These ones, however, I can't stand after an hour or 2. But my boyfriend said they looked cute. And at least the delivery was quick.

Good customer service

I emailed Eyecandy about experiencing discomfort in both my newly opened contacts. They responded promptly and asked a few questions. They issued a replacement pair which I got in around a week. I'm happy that this company takes care of their customers =)

I bought 4 pairs of colored contacts for me and my sister and we're both very satisfied with their quality. They're amazing at enhancing makeup! Only little annoyance was that they ran out of supplies of an item I bought so I had to spend some time picking out a substitute. Shipping was quick and totally trackable for impatient people like me :P

Awesome effect with the eyes :D! ! They do not bother me at all. They give the desired effect I needed. Put them on and you do not need anything else to give your look a boost, perfect for costumes or cosplay. Definitely would recommend people try these, as their color pops out and they feel comfortable when they are on.

I ordered the wrong shade of blue by mistake (first time to order from their site, I ordered a blue shade that looks lighter than what I usually wear) but I was afraid it would take too long to get a return or refund. Judging from the reviews here, will definitely get in touch with customer support next time since everyone says they respond quickly. I actually like the lighter blue shade now that I've worn them for a few days.

Confusing website

I have a small problem with the way Eye Candy's website is laid out. It's often confusing because it isn't clear 1) how long the lenses last and 2) whether I need to add 1 or 2 lenses to cart. I also had a problem where one of the lenses I received had a tear in it. Arguably, that could have been caused by myself and my first time opening it. Other than that, Eye Candy has a decent selection of colored contacts and prompt customer service.
