Although it seems like a good idea to use Expedia, there is ZERO flexibility. Want to change hotel reservation? You can't. I won't use it again.

This $#*! sucks. Bought 2 tickets sent me a confirmation email with my itinerary number and reservation number, but no eticket number. Didnt have to sign in to purchase and it keeps asking for an email. They say on their website sign in, OR FIND YOUR FLIGHT USING YOUR ITINERARY NUMBER. I $#*!ING CLICK THAT AND IT KEEPS ASKING FOR AN EMAIL! Used all emails possible that i could think of, and theyre all wrong. Get your $#*! together bruh im tryna catch my flight to greece u $#*!ing finessers.
I asked for prices on trips from Miami to Tahiti in June. Every time I completed my question, Expedia changed the question to trips from Las Vegas to Tahiti in November.
Seems the prices go up as you consider alternate airlines and schedules. I deleted cookies and started fresh and saved 5%
I havent' used Expedia in a while but when I did it had excellent prices and was a simple booking process.
My experience with expedia was great. I purchased some plane tickets to Sao Paul Brazil and it was fast and easy
I have been a loyal Expedia & Jetblue Customer and I will NEVER book another trip via either one of these sites EVER AGAIN. Both companies exhibit extremely poor customer service and accommodation. And I can honestly say I WOULD NOT and WILL NOT be recommending anyone to use either of the two companies, whether it be a family member, friend, coworker or even an acquaintance!
My husband and I had booked a trip to go to Montego Bay, Jamaica for our honeymoon, our flight was delayed multiple times without reasoning. Staff members refused to elaborate the cause very cold and unprofessional. Upon calling JetBlue customer service the representative failed to give any reasoning and was very unapologetic. To make matters even worse we had the same experience returning to JFK.
I recently canceled a trip booked via Expedia due to a medical occurrence and Jetblue nor Expedia are willing to refund my money, even considering the fact I purchased travel insurance (in the event something beyond my control was to happen, resulting in not being able to travel). After playing unnecessary phone-tag and speaking to many rude, unsympathetic representatives along with their supervisors to no avail no one is willing to assist me. It is absolutely appalling and mostly disturbing to see such a lack of compassion that has failed to be given. For all that are considering flying or booking via Jetblue and or Expedia I would highly recommend NOT TO, because God forbid you have a medical ailment or any circumstance that it out of your control they WILL NOT give your money back!

We booked our flights with expedia to Ibiza. Our outbound flights were good enough, even though our family of 4 were split up in different parts of the plane (travelling with 2 x 10 year olds!) When it came to our return flight things got out of hand! I went to check in online 24 hours in advance and was unable to do so. Eventually after much trying and many phone calls to Expedia and British Airways I was told they had cancelled our booking. They had no explaination as to why. Thereafter we spent hours on the phone to an Indian Call centre trying to get on another flight. All flights to London were full for the next 5 days. We had nowhere to stay and had to get back for School Term and work! We spent the next 23 hours being told we had to pay £2500 for flights to barcelona and onwards to london. We had already paid for our flights to london so we had no intention of buying any more. Eventually they got us on a flight to Barcelona and onwards to London. They gave us 1 hours notice to get to the airport. It was horrific. Our flight was then delayed and we had to run to make our connecting flight, when we got on the plane, we were treated dreadfully, there were not enough seats for us. Other passengers eventually made space for us and we made it to London. Of course our luggage didn't make it for another 4 days! Expedia have not responded to a single email or phone call. I have asked for them to investigate what happened and for compensation for our very very stressful experience. It was an awful end to our holiday and to simply have no apology or explanation of how this could happen is just unacceptable. I will never use this company again. After reading other reviews on other sites it seems I am not alone. There are law suits going on left right and centre. You should exercise extreme caution when considering booking with them.
I have only used them once and the customer support was HORRIBLE they didnt want to help me at all and kept arguing with me, I wont ever use them again. Would NOT recommend to a friend.

Answer: You were lucky to get through to anyone at all at Expedia. I've spent hours and hours and hours over three days trying to get through to anyone on their customer service phone line, their chat line and their e-mail, all to no avail. They really owe their customers much better customer service.
Answer: Demand to speak to a Supervisor though you better have time because it will take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once the Supervisor does nothing or little to nothing to resolve your concern, ask to speak to a manager. Get ready to really wait. DO NOT ACCEPT THE "WE'LL HAVE A MANAGER CALL YOU WITHIN 24 to 48 HOURS" When you figure out you don't matter, sit down and right a review!
