I want confirmation from you that my rental contract is now closed and no claims exist
No any personal at the pick up point inside airport as was said to usa I have to call by phone and it was not easy to understand menu and amazingly pick up pint was outside airport! All other major companies have an office inside airport
Personal do not want to accept any of my electronically credit cards, only physical ones; this implies that i have to include as second driver to my wife who has physical cards this implies an extra charge o 60€ 5€/day)
I hope this charge will be cancel by europcar
Personal unable to give a street or to find with no doubts in google maps returning point of the car (it is not europcar but auto union car rental chania! (we hope to find it)
I am used to drive with europcar and this office goes beyond somewhat improvisation usual in small locations
The car we have feels very unsafe. The fan belt is squealing and the brakes are very loose. We would like another car. Also the agent that helped us was in a very big hurry for us to pay so she could leave.
When picking up the car, it took to long. First, there was no Agent available and second, I was wondering, why all the personal data were entered again from the agent despite a prebooking. This process can be improved and Shoulder be easier. The car itself was ok, clean, and Return was also easy and fast including shuttle transfer

The check in process, was tedious and unprofessional. The car we recieved was not of the quality expected from europcar. On the highway a piece of the front wheel housing flew away. It had been taped together with black tape so that the defect could not be seen before.
Not good!
Car was good and the staff was very pleasant.
A global remark: a lot of customers were blocked before me because they only have a debit card (and not credit card). Europcar should mention it to avoid trouble on arrival (for all of them the rental was canceled!)…

We are really appreciate for your remark. We only hire out cars to drivers who have a credit card and this note is rewritable to the Ts & Cs online and in the voucher we had share you when you had booked online the car. All our rentals a security deposit will be blocked on the credit card in the name of the driver plus the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit that will be blocked on the credit card will be released by the cardholder's bank, upon notification after the vehicle returns.

I originally had reserved the car for 19 days and a few days before arriving my trip was cut short to 13 days. When I went to pay, the lady at counter charged me for the 19 days and not 13. How do I go about getting those 6 days reimbursed?

I was not fully satisfied because I booked the car online and clearly mentioned the flight arriving time and approximately collection time and paid for it in full but when I picked up the car, they have charged me extra £38 because of collection on out of working hours! Which has not been mentioned in booking!

Good customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. The car was in good condition also. Only downside was waiting on them to pick me up from airport to take me to their office, they don't have an onsite office in Athens airport.
Car was provided with Front brakes almost gone, they where extremely noisy and brake performance was reduced. Brake pads must be replaced ASAP. Absolutely unacceptable, if not in an expert driver's hands this car could be dangerous.
At pick up car was provided with half full tank, but in the pickup notes level was stated as ¾. I returned it with just above half full tank and the guy pointed out the difference but thankfully wasn't an issue.
They don't provide the boot cover, i assume you have to pay extra for that. Not nice as if you leave something in the boot anyone can see it.
Everything else was ok.
Very difficult to find Thessaloniki agency,
Nobody was at the Airport waiting for us.
We had to walk to the agency (about 3km) and were late at our first appointment with our daughter! Bad beginning but happy ending... the car was ok even the horsepower was weak in certain cases.
Returning the car tomorrow, we hope everything will be fine!

There wasn't anybody at the meeting point and we could not reach anybody on the phone because both numbers mentioned in the voucher were wrong. After 15 minutes of panicking finally somebody arrived. The car is okay, the service at the station was good

After a long journey(20hrs) all I wanted was a seamless car collection. I had booked 2 cars, one for my brother and one for myself which created some complexities.
Being front of the Que I did not expect to wait a full extra 2 hours for the car collection(everything was booked, I simply had to pay). All other collection agencies moved swiftly along but Europcar claimed system issues. The teller did nothing to assist in the process and plodded along at a snails pace. Extremely disappointing.
Very pleasant experience as the car was comfortable, practical, economical, brand new, and stylish!
My only complaint is that I forgot my sunglasses inside the car prior to delivering it back, I contacted the Europcar supplier in Mykonos Greece, and never responded back.

Great very nice man looking after us. Probably nicest car hire guy I've ever met. However, the system for getting from Athens Airport needs to be made more clear before arrival. You need a clear indication to head to car park and wait for europcar van. We had to ask in terminal and wurk it out fir ourselves. You should send a map link to exact spot for collection and explain to wait fir bks k van and hail driver.

The car was new and big enough, which was good.
The motor power was, however, not good. Especially in those mountains not great.
Finding both Europe car spots was a journey as nobody seemed it necessary to update the google location.
Easy process. Great service. The guys at the counter and where pick up or drop the car are professional and Pleasant. Car was almost new. Clean. Great condition! Make it easy to travel and have fun. Unlimited miles/ km! Great value.

The car rental was expensive. I got an old car that was dirty on the outside. The car runs bad. Europcar has no office at airport which was claimed. The entire car has a logo with an other company brand name. Does not feel like Europcar to me

No service at the airport but no information about that. Had to call information about a shuttle service, look for a person with Europcar sign or the shuttle bus arriving. If my colleague would not have found the driver and the bus we would still be waiting there.
