The car was very useful and gave us the freedom to go around. We noticed a lot of people waiting for taxis or tour buses very frustrated and we thought to ourselves thank god we rented a car! I definitely recommend Europcar because they also have good rates!
Polite employees, somewhat too long onboarding process but hopefully going forward it will be faster as all my data are already registered. Nice, fresh car provided. Please pay attention to gas returning levels, as when I received the car the gas tank was a tad lower than full (I still knowingly signed for 8/8 level).

Personnel was super friendly and motivated. One thing that annoyed me and pointed out to them was the following:
Car was received with a 7/8 full tank. I returned the car 8/8 because obviously I could not calculate exactly how to reach 7/8.
Is it so difficult to have a full tank pickup/return policy?
That would save so much hassle.

Overall OK. The office at Kefalonia airport is so close, a map would have helped so I could walk to the office. Also a reminder that the phone number must start with 00. If you just add + before the number it just adds one 0.

The checkout time was unbelievably long. I had reserved my car online, and when I approached the rental counter at the Athens airport there were 6 customers in front of me and there were two agents working at the counter. After an HOUR and fifteen minutes I had my papers to go retrieve the car. What astounded me was the inefficient repetition - most of the questions I was asked by the friendly rental agent were part of my Europcar profile. I believe the system was slow, because entering the redundant items like my e-mail address etc., took 3 - 4 minutes per entry. Once the paperwork was complete, receiving the actual car took another 20 minutes. Due to the lengthy checkout process, we had to travel to our destination in darkness, and on small winding Greek roads I did not find it safe. The car, a Nissan Mitra, was excellent - clean, excellent condition and very low fuel consumption. Returning the car was a reasonably quick process.

Not very pleased. Unaware Europcar had not desk at the Heraklion airport arrivals. Took us time and effort to find out that a shuttle bus was operating from somewhere outside the building. Staff was absolutely faceless.
UPDATE: These con artists keep replying avoiding to address the elephant in the room. My card gave me back the money they tried to charge me when I reported them for fraud, thus proving my claim. The rest is riff raff because they don't know what to say.
If this outfit steals your money claiming you were late, even though you booked with your flight number, claim it from your card. That's what I did successfully, as these people are SCAM ARTISTS.
I repeat, they are running SCAMS.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, and if you have, cancel the booking now and book with someone else. You will still save a ton of money.
We arrived at Heraklion airport and there was no sign or previous information on how to find or get to the the Europcar offices. Fortunately, by coincidence, we found somebody holding up a sign and he drove us the the office. This could have been explained better in advance. Secondly, we reserved a Fiat Panda or Mini, but got a Mitsubishi, which in my opinion, is even a lower category and smaller then the promoted model. It seems this is generally a modus operandi of rental car companies to tease you with a nice car and then give you a cheap alternative. Very disappointing.

Good reception. The car could be better because it has not enough power in some parts of the route but it was OK. Although I contracted premium insurance option I had to pay 31 euros for administrative fee that I did not understand.

I received my car and when I asked about the child seats, you told me that they were not available, even if I booked them several months ago!
After 10 mn arguing I finally got the 2 child seat!
Very stressful
Then for pick up we did a tour of the car in the night with a light to see if there was some scratches but not so convenient to really and fully see the car

Europcar team has been really helpful both over phone as on site once arrived. Just one small detail, it can be hard to find the minibus that takes you to the Europcar center near airport (wait to the bus parking lot on your right when exiting the airport). If possible a sign or indications at the airport (at the passengers exit) would be great. Apart from that all is currently ok.

Rental car itself was good. NIce, clean and good condition.
At the airport there is no Europcar office and it was quite hard to find pick up place. I didn't see any signs.
I've been told by Europcar representative that final invoice I'll get after car return. I haven't received any. Nobody answered my email and nobody picked up the phone when I called them.

Pick up was not great. Waited 30 minutes had to run after the bus to get picked up. Instructions were unclear.
Car was old and pretty rubbish. Air conditioning did not work. Remote locking did not work. Lots of scratches and dents.
Charged for "deep clean" for some dirt on the seat that could easily be wiped off.

At first, Reservation on the Website was not possible. Europcar Switzerland helped out great. At Heraklion airport, Information about the New shuttle-service is poor (i was used to the old place just across). But after that everything worked out very well.

The vehicle was clean and new. There is a lack of contractual matters. The contract differs from the online order by price.
And they lovely offer you an far overpriced additional insurance. It makes you fell sad if you regret.
