No customer service

Purchased from them through Amazon.
Really late delivery. 4 days late so far. Ordered on 14th Dec, expected 21st.
Still not here on Xmas Eve.
No help after contacting them. Request for refund ignored.
Royal mail says they haven't received the item from the seller.
Seller EToys don't seem interested.

I remember reading about eToys in the first dot com boom! I have no idea if they are the same company, but I buy my Baby Einstein toys here both for my kids and my friends' kids. It's not a bad alternative to buying everything on Amazon.
