This application was very easy to use and the service was remarkable fast.
Initially the cost of the 2 year registration, charged to my credit card, was 40% higher than I expected but this was adjusted down by eTag without my intervention. The registration arrived quickly and was in good order. Thank you!

I am currently in New York. On August 20th some hooligans stole my license plate, I ordered a new one that same day to replace the lost one and received it in the mail six days later. Excellent service!

I have sent 3 times the title replacement forms and they received them but can't locate. My SS# and all. Over 2 months have passed and they said I gave to submit everything again. I requested reimbursement and their manager said they will not reimburse.
Everyone I spoke with were very nice and good at the job and I give them a 5Star, but the website is confusing and not developed well.
Everything went as described. Only problem was in my answering this question. It is optionable but it won't take my reply without me filling it out with 50 words! It's a pain!

The specialty plate is fine, and I'm happy to have it, but I had expected it to simply carry over the existing plate number. It did not. I'm told that what I needed to do was to order a "personalized" plate. Uh—maybe it's just me, but shouldn't carrying over an existing plate number be a default rather than require the re-typing of a current number? But no biggie. The process was (otherwise) straightforward and the plate arrived promptly. And the sea turtles are happy.

Unfortunately, unless a Florida license plate is personalized, the alpha-numeric characters assigned are always random. It would be great if same plate number could be used indefinitely, but that would require additkional DMV resources, costs and at least a 30 - 45 day lead time. Also, while your particular specialty plate allows enough space for the 6 characters that existed on your previous plate. Many specialty plates are limited to just 5 or fewer characters. For these logistical and efficiency reaons, the DMV always manufactures and issues random plate numbers. In fact, Florida Statute requires all plates be replace every 6-10 years, so even if you had not changed your plate type, your plate number would have been changed eventually due to this law. The exception, of course, are personalized plates which are managed and processed differently and carry higher DMV fees.

Convenient, took longer than expected. Regular mail. However received within a week, so I am ok.
I still haven't rec'd my Tag for the plate & I put a rush on it. I still don't understand why I paid so much!
