My initial experience is good. However, it seems that the fees always require.credit card payment with additional processing charge. There is no option to pay directly from a bank account with an e-check.
It was very easy to fill out the application and the service was south and fast.
Florida makes vehicle registration a breeze. Yes, transferring from another state is a little pricey initially, but after that, pretty much everything can be done online. Plates can be renewed for 2 years at a time and driver's licenses can be renewed for 6 or 7 years if you qualify. Coming from Illinois, where everything is done on an annual basis, I'll take this every time.
Great experience with Fl Etags. This is 2nd use of their services. Very expedient. Easy to use website. FEDEX delivery issue this time, but may have been due to rural location. Overall highly recommend.
No, I never received any of my registrations in the mail. Your telephone service is terrible. There is no human to answer the phone your automated system cannot answer my question.

DO NOT USE eTags. Not only do they charge a hefty fee for doing what you can ndo for yourself, but they have zero quality control. Tried to use them to renew my 2018 Lexus. They sent me renewal for a 2006 Toyota that I had sold 4 years ago. To make matters worse, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and refund my money. True rip-off orgaization.
They added an $80 surcharge to the fee that the DMV already charges! And when I realized my mistake in going through this company, and called to cancel the order, they refused to refund my money. Warning!

U should call yourselves. " Easy Tags" The on line experience was simple and easy. Once suggestion.i didnt see if you could mail the registration and tags to a different address than the one on the registration as people are away during the summer.
