After many messages on Facebook, email, and website finally received a email confirmation for requested refund. 15 days after refund requested still no refund and no product. Poor correspondence poor company. Do not shop ever again.

First, this company is a fraud, and offers poorly made attire, not even worthy of wearing. I ordered a jumpsuit Dec 12,2019, I received it a month later. The item was horrible, it looked like something Bozo the clown wouldn't wear. They offered to refund me $4.00 for this $30.00 item. I disputed the the offer, and requested my full refund. I also requested a return label, most reputable companies will send a return label if requested. They agreed to a full refund, however, I would have to pay 27.95 to return the item. I would be a fool to do that, and Ericdress knows this, Look, don't be decieved about their clothing, it's not going to be what you order, Their clothing is cheap, ugly, and look like cramp. I would wear this jumpsuit outdoors. These people are crooks, and misrepresent their clothing, which is fraud.

I ordered 4 items from this company in separate orders. All but one of the items ordered was not as described, which left me with the decision to either return the remaining 3 items back to China at my own expense, or give them away. Shipping the items back would cost almost as much as they did to start with, and you don't get your refund until after they receive them. Right! None of these items looked the same as the pictures on the website, nor were they the size that was described. Stay away from this seller! If I could rate them a 0 I would have.

First I'm going to start by saying these items took way longer than expected spent $349 for items to have before Christmas as gifts for people(worse shipping ever) december 27th received order with the worse made clothes ever. I ordered two sweat suits Men Medium when items received their KID SIZE not adult size, still haven't received other items from this order. A pair of patches pants I bought in size 32 item received says size 32 more like a 36 waist. Received Lion sweater that looks like a horrible screen print. I am requesting a refund now or I will go to the BBB for false advertisement this company is a total disappointment, no items or as pictured, the jeans are not jean material. It's just all horrible. I will not be paying to ship items back you can provide a shipping label for returns I AM NOT PAYING TO SHIP ITEMS BACK. OVER PRICED CHEAP ITEMS!

Please do not buy wedding dress from eric company. Their dress is fake and below standard. They do not refund or exchange items. They will Claim to give you discount but it will not come. Their biggest enablers is paypal because they continue to allow them to collect money from your account
