First, this company is a fraud, and offers poorly made attire, not even worthy of wearing. I ordered a jumpsuit Dec 12,2019, I received it a month later. The item was horrible, it looked like something Bozo the clown wouldn't wear. They offered to refund me $4.00 for this $30.00 item. I disputed the the offer, and requested my full refund. I also requested a return label, most reputable companies will send a return label if requested. They agreed to a full refund, however, I would have to pay 27.95 to return the item. I would be a fool to do that, and Ericdress knows this, Look, don't be decieved about their clothing, it's not going to be what you order, Their clothing is cheap, ugly, and look like cramp. I would wear this jumpsuit outdoors. These people are crooks, and misrepresent their clothing, which is fraud.
Please review attached photos: the first 3 pic are the actual jumpsuit I received, and the last 2 are from ericdress website.

DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY TO ERICDRESS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. If you get your item from Ericdress, it will likely be pitiful and unwearable unless you are Bozo on drug. I am shocked that PayPal allows customers to go through this with this company. PayPal should do better.

I ordered 4 items from this company in separate orders. All but one of the items ordered was not as described, which left me with the decision to either return the remaining 3 items back to China at my own expense, or give them away. Shipping the items back would cost almost as much as they did to start with, and you don't get your refund until after they receive them. Right! None of these items looked the same as the pictures on the website, nor were they the size that was described. Stay away from this seller! If I could rate them a 0 I would have.

First I'm going to start by saying these items took way longer than expected spent $349 for items to have before Christmas as gifts for people(worse shipping ever) december 27th received order with the worse made clothes ever. I ordered two sweat suits Men Medium when items received their KID SIZE not adult size, still haven't received other items from this order. A pair of patches pants I bought in size 32 item received says size 32 more like a 36 waist. Received Lion sweater that looks like a horrible screen print. I am requesting a refund now or I will go to the BBB for false advertisement this company is a total disappointment, no items or as pictured, the jeans are not jean material. It's just all horrible. I will not be paying to ship items back you can provide a shipping label for returns I AM NOT PAYING TO SHIP ITEMS BACK. OVER PRICED CHEAP ITEMS!

The WORLD of internet clothing thieves. Some thing has got to be done there must be a way to STOP them. The BANKS allow this, it must be a system that can pinpoint these JOHNNIES from stealing ppl monies. This is getting out of control. Some bank accounts have insurance and give back monies that were fraudulent took but only one time in Toronto. The clothes LOOK so beautiful on line it's hard to resist but its pics from the real designers. How to get the real legit DESIGNERS I don't know, if u do SHARE plz. Hard working money all gone to these WICKED short ppl. Dont trust any of them at anytime. Even at the corner store. They making and selling CANCER just to become rich and it looks like they succeeding. DON'T BUY CLOTHES ON LINE ESPECIALLY IF THEY TO CHEAP TO BE TRUE. Spread the word STOP these ppl.

I ordered a few items from them, which was charged to my cc. Never got the items, called to find out what was the deal and ended up talking to someone who could not understand English, I explained to them I paid and gave them conformation numbers( to no avail). After
Multiple attempts to correct the situation by calling back same thing or no answer at all, don't waste your time or money on these $#*!s, they have zero customer support and I've still yet to be reimbursed!

Ericdress is the worst company I have ever encountered. Horrible customer service and cheap, badly made products. They are impossible to deal with, offer no customer service and are a sham. The dress I ordered is not at all what was pictured and doesn't even fit. They will not accept returns and rarely respond. When I finally got a response, they offered me a 60% refund, but refuse to tell me how or where to return the dress. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ERICDRESS, THEY ARE A SHAM!

Items of very poor quality: smells, poor quality material (not as shown), too small, poorly sewn with thread hanging.
Shows European and African models, but sizes are much smaller (Asian). Items comes from China, not North America.
DHLdelivery charges much more than cost of items
Items shipped individually and you have to pay DHL delivery fee for each item.
China phone number, cannot talk to live person
They do not accept return items, I was told items returned would be destroyed, so you end up losing if not satisfied.
No return voucher or invoice in Package as stated in return policy. No instructions to return or who to return it to.
