It has already been 1/2 a month since I placed a simple parts order (and paid for), and still waiting. It took a week before they showed any action on the shipping tracker, but then things really slowed down. There are dozens of other options for these same common lawn mower parts, and I won't make the same mistake again.

Excellent execution

As stated by eReplacement Parts at the outset, delays were to be expected. It took awhile for the part to arrive, but it was on time, worked perfectly, and there was communication from eReplacement Parts during the process. I did not have to follow up once. If needed, I'll buy from them again. Sure is nice when people perform well and do as they promised.

Got it done!

Purchased the Spindle Assembly *******. Took forever to get here (on back order and way too slow shipping once it was back in stock) but it fits like a glove. Was concerned about attaching the assembly since many reviewers indicated they needed to use additional bolts. Once the cover was off, I tried using the old bolts and screwed them into the spindle. Apparently they are self threading as they went in completely, its snug and secure and works like new. I also renewed the rear skirt assembly which went on with no problem also. Overall a good purchase and would use them again for replacement parts.

A component in my cappuccino maker broke down and I could not have the machine fixed. Neither the manufacturer nor any of the authorized dealers would consider selling me a replacement part online. Then I found the part at eReplacementParts. They were clear about delays in processing my order during the pandemic. I appreciated that the part was actually shipped as per their estimate, no surprises. We installed the part by ourselves and today I had my first cappuccino in months. I know, it is not essential... but it is comforting, especially in these difficult times.

Choke lever

Fit better than expected, only complaint is it took a month to actually get the part but showed up undamaged and looked like the picture on the website, I'd use them again if I couldn't source a part locally.

Though it took several months for my items to arrive (because the supply was not available due to covid) https://www.ereplacementparts.com/ sent me so many email updates letting me know what was going on and that I could cancel my order at anytime.

Thank goodness I didn't because I am so happy having the correct coffee pot again. Even my house mates that never notice any changes both commented on how happy they were to have this coffee pot again!

I maintain a small farm in Eastern WA.
I am able to find important parts and frequently, the parts diagrams are helpful, too. The shipping times have been slow lately which could be from scarcity of certain parts as I learned they do not always have items on inventory. All parts I have ordered seem OEM with legitimate factory markings; I am aware of the growing counterfeit market, EReplacementParts.com does not seem to be involved in that particular trade yet. I had to cancel one order as I could not await their availability predictions, and found another source; the cancelation process was reasonable. I've had to return only one order and that process was also very reasonable.

I bought a used IR 3/8" impact 4 years ago, and I figured it would last a couple months to a year. Being able to find the replacement parts without having to pay someone to do the work, and not knowing when I'll get it back is amazing. They have overnight shipping for less than what a service call is and it's relatively quick to repair. I use my 3/8 daily for work and can't afford to replace it every 12 months so these guys are a life saver

Not So Great

Rep not so good, sold only 1 part of the grill burners that I needed!
Then the next day I get an email saying "You get 10% off entire stock" Rep didn't say this or offer this to me! Not So Great!
I responded to your last request & review's but yet to hear a word from it! Now your asking again, what's the use?!

Never Again

For USPS shipping, this company charged nearly twice the cost of the part and it took 17 days to reach me. I have mailed larger and heavier items via UPS for less. Unable to find another source for parts for this lawn mower. Hoping I will never again need to do business with them.
I no longer have proof of purchase paperwork. Wish I did if only to prove that I'm not making this up.

We've had our hand mixer for over 25 years and it has been a fantastic kitchen tool. But, when moving, we lost its mixing blade. First of all, it's wonderful that there is a company that has spare parts for a Presto pressure cooker received as a wedding gift 51 years ago! And then they were able to get them to me in a reasonable time considering the pandemic situation. And the price was also very reasonable. It makes it possible for me to continue to use a pot I've never stopped using (until the gasket got so stiff and shrunken that the seal was not tight any more).

Can't go to the store, after all, so I searched for a place to buy a B&D string trimmer battery and lo- I found one that was not only quick but also cheaper! Now I just hope this battery doesn't live up to the poor reviews of it online.

Burner tile
December 27, 2020

Ordered a new burner tile for my mr. Heater Buddy after several weeks, I was notified that the part was on backorder. Received the part only to find the burner tile is broken. Very disappointed that's something so fragile was poorly packaged not sure what to do at this point or if your company will replace it with a new one with better packaging.

Great place for parts
September 29, 2021

I found in this site all the parts need it to fix my DeLonghi coffee maker. Very happy so see I can buy everything here at a decent cost. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the picture on the site for the carafe replacement didn't help me to understand if the lid was there or not (an extra picture in the site would have help me to see it). The carafe come complete with the lid (which make sense for the price), but I end buying an extra product that was not need it.
The replacement parts are exactly the same from my original coffee maker (as they say Genuine OEM replacement part), so this should be my place to go to find any other broken/damaged part. Shipping cost was decent, the package arrive on time and in good condition.

After waiting several weeks I was excited to finally receive the lawnmower transmission part that I paid over $50 for. To my surprise they sent me one tiny 1/2 inch screw. That's it. I have tried to contact them but to know avail.

Address sticker quality for delivery
March 4, 2021

I finally received my package after a research of more than a week. The address sticker ( probably printed with a laser printer) was not protected enough and was partially erased in handling. Really glad to finally received it before they send it to sender (luckily their address was also partially erased) I won't share a photo of my address if you don't mind but try to put theirs.
