I Bid on a Truck I wanted and was Successful...Online. I could hear the Auction clearly...and had No Problems Understanding or Bidding!
I had a $6500 bid in and it sold for $6500 and I didn't get it and it was the second piece I needed after purchasing the previous lot
Very impressed with the accuracy and speed of transaction. Amazing how quick "realtime" bidding acts
Thank you for the feedback!
It would be better if a deadline for bidding was listed, there is no cut-off time for any of the bids.
We'll let the seller know. Generally it's about one-hour prior to the live sale.
I was signed up to bid on an auction, I won a few item then the last item i was going to bid on the site locked me out from bidding, saying They needed to verify my account. I lost out on an important item i wanted to win. I have never had this happen on any other site.
Thanks for the feedback Keith. Our platform does have a one-time reverification for new bidders since we have an automated registration process. This allows us to verify all new bidders are legitimate. We appreciate your understanding.
Well planed and executed by knowledgeable staff. On line bidding made it very nice on such a cold day. Very efficient use of time and happy with auction results!
Great to hear Sheldon!
You $#*!s shut me down in the middle of bidding on the one thing I wanted in this sale, causing me to miss it. WTF!
There was only one thing I wanted in this sale. I made sure I was signed up signed in registered, I even used the test your bid lot to make sure everything was working. And it worked fine. Then the item I waited all day for came up. I placed 2 or 3 bids with no problem then a message popped up saying bidding disabled. Ind I was unable to bid anymore. As this was happening I received a call from a out of town # that came up on my phone as scam likely. I was scrambling to figure out why my bidding was disabled so I didn't answer it. And moments later the item I wanted was sold. VERY DISAPOINTING!
When I called the number that tried calling me It turned out to be a rep from Equipment facts trying to verify my number after the sale was almost over, and the 1 item I wanted had sold. WTF! You should do all of your verification before you approve people to bid and before the sale. NOT AFTER THE SALE STARTS AND BUYERS ARE ACTIVELY BIDDING. I'm still pissed off that you cost me the one item I wanted. And you cost your consigner money too as I would have bid higher than what the item sold for
YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!
We appreciate the feedback! We do have a reverification process in place because we accept automated registrations which sometimes lead to fake accounts. We are working on solutions to prevent the potential interruption of the bidding process. We appreciate your understanding until the process is updated.
Why did you change multiple rings tab, every time i went back and forth it opened up a new tab. The rings were marked east and west on sale, but sale day they were marked one and two.
Thank for the feedback! We'll let the seller know.
I was not furnished with the round baler monitor on my purchase. It was late in the day and hectic. The baler had instructions wax crayon written on the baler cowling that the control monitor was in the office. I have informed Chalker's Auction of the circumstances and hope to have correct resolution.
I like the function and interface of Equipment Facts. Auction experience was good and bidding was easy. While looking at items during the auction I could not find a way to make photos larger. While bidding some items would require a huge jump to the next bid, maybe this is the auctioneer doing this but it's a big deterrent to making the next bid. Overall I like Equipment Facts and I have recommended it to friends and family
Thank for for the feedback!
Everything went well until the second day of the auction. I did the test bid and everything worked well until about 1/2 way through the sell I bid on something once them equipment facts disabled my bid button had to call in and was told it was some kind of thing that thought it was a fraudulent bid. Took a few minutes to get it resolved but I missed several items while it was being reset.
Thanks for the feedback Tim!
69 year old farmer looking to purchase tractor for hay rake, the first tractor had been broken at bell housing the 2nd tractor had ice spikes in all 4 tires a broken fender an other issues purchased these tractors the first one was delivered went to pick 2nd one up seen how badly this tractor was misrepresented did not bring tractor home asked for adjustment to be made by seller that's when they said as is, the auctioneer announced tractor is 100% field ready and is in good shape trick pictures with ride and drive this is not the first time someone tried to sell me a pig in a poke. Equipment facts was made aware of this but took my rights to bid away on something that they misrepresented 100%. This might be how you treat senior farmers like me. I took my wife for better or worse but my mother in law did not lie to me I am old enough to know, but equipment facts was rude, and none helpful when I tried to make adjustments. 2 out of 4 of the previous purchases I have made were misrepresented as well they said I should had went and looked the day of the sale.
It was hatd to hear the auctioner, and i had choice of two and there was no way to communicate with auctioner on making my decision, so they made the decision for me.
Was unable to attend auction. With the alerts on my wishlist, allowed me to quickly get into auction. I was able to purchase item I was needing.
Great to hear!
You need to take more time on internet bidding because of the slow internet response I've been on several items I was way too late I did not delay my bid but as soon as I got the information I responded and it was too late it's not clear enough and precisely enough to make an accurate decision it definitely needs improvement
Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, slow internet speeds is largely outside of our control, further the auctioneer/ auction company decides how fast or how slow the auction is going to go.
Apparently there was a delay on my clicking the bid... The item was sold and I bid higher within a millisecond I think you have to look into that and make sure there's enough delay for the internet bidders to be competitive
Good to hear!
