After sending multuple emails advising a delivery date, the date came and went without a deliivery, to be followed by no response to my emails requesting a new delivery date. Customer support was via form letter responses and when the stuff finally came (close to a month after order), it was cheaply made.

When an issue arises, the only way to get ahold of someone is via chat, there is no option call someone. Normally this is not an issue, but getting someone on chat was a pain at times.
I also had an order that came in the wrong sizes and when I requested the exchange, the correct sized socks were out of stock. I then needed to do a return, and they charged me shipping to return even though it was their mistake.

The jersey color is different from the picture. After contacting customer care, the problem was not resolved. There were no alternative options offered to the customer, except for a simple apology.

Every single order, every single time, is EXCEPTIONAL! The quality and pricing are amazing! I highly recommend this company to anyone who reaches out about items.

I ordered 2 sublimation shirts. I wanted them both blank but only 1 came that way the other said player 1 on the back. The ordering process is extremely confusing and apparently some shirts have to have something printed on the back (not what I wanted)

The team liked the color and the thickness of the socks. Most socks a thin and don't last within a few games there are holes in toes and heels. But these socks are thick.

The package was sent to the wrong address. It returned back to you, and you only returned $. 69 cents to my account. And charged me a restocking fee. I will never use your service again. POS company.

I had a last minute order. I ordered believing it would take the whole 7 days. I received them in about 4 days. Ordered 25 jerseys. They exactly as described and packaged nicely. Vinyl letters were easy to press on.

Took a little longer to receive so make sure you order with time, but love the quality and price and everything fit great! Will always be ordering from here.

I ordered Adult small shorts and jerseys. The jerseys are like adult large and the shorts are like youth medium/large. I understand that there can be a discrepancy, but not this big. I need to order one more uniform, and I'm afraid of what I'll get.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with any company. Highly recommend never doing business with EPIC SPORTS. Never provide any type of tracking information, the only chat feature is pointless.

Package was delivered on time but somebody had my mail?...I ordered 2 shirts with a custom print. One of them came out really good, the other was decent but that was my fault for using a bad photo but it's still hard! Can't wait to rock em when it's warmer. Will definitely be ordering some more when I get more ideas.
