It's really convenient to be able to finish the course online. I'm really satisfied with your speed for assessing and marking submissions. To anyone ordering however, do work your schedule around the fact that during busy periods, booking phone call assessments may take up to a week or more.

Instructions were very easy to follow. The content was relevant and informative.

Course was easy to follow and complete. Well set up and could completed in half a day

I thought it would be easier/quicker online then at tafe...wish I'd done it at TAFE...

Certificate should be on a thicker or laminated paper to keep it safer from getting damaged easily. On the envelope it says do not bend however I received mine half bent.
