You will have to pay in advance, NOT WHEN YOU PASS! Once you pay they take ages to mark the assessments. Once you do them all you'll have to pass a phone call assessment that you have to book and
They don't have availability for over 4 weeks. So you'll end up wasting so much time. If you try to call them they are so rude. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
A regretful student.
Such a waste of time and money. They pretend to be fast in their name, but it actually takes more than a week to complete the course. They don't let customers clearly know that Overseas Student are not allowed to get the certificate. Really rude as well. Don't get scam! Besides they will sell you the course saying that you only pay when you pass, but it actually wrong! And they will promote fast ways to get marked if you pay extra. I would not recommend this company at all even if they have good reviews overall. After completed everything and did all they asked, I could not get my RSA certificate as I am with the Overseas student visa, but my visa has been checked on their website since I signed up for the course.
My wife who comes from Thailand, English is her second language. She wanted to do online education and enter the workforce. I was away, unfortunately she found eot as a google search. Immediately she was excited and paid the full course fee upfront, after completing the white card course, she was then emailed a series of requests for uploading more information. Upon my return, i said i would help her. It was then that i found she was not eligible due to a ruling of being inside a 100km radius of a face to face facility. I contacted eot and asked for a reimbursement in full, as my wife made a mistake and didn't understand some of the rulings. I was spoken over and told that we will be penalised 50% of the fee. We don't have much money and my wife thought she was doing the right thing by paying upfront, but the female customer service rep was ill mannered and quite blunt and didn't want to exercise common sense and understand our situation. My wife is disappointed and saddened with what has happened, and it has only served to extend the amount of time she cannot get a job, as the job opportunity that was waiting on a white card has no gone. Unprofessional by eot, and i will do my best to inform all.
DON NOT USE eot and do not recommend to anyone.

Easy to follow course and notes.The first two parts of the course were great, however when I got to the third part I had to speak with an assessor on the phone (I ended up speaking with 2 different people because I had to call back twice to get through this part of the course), the first assessor I dealt with left me feeling very stressed (hence my 3 star rating) and the other was amazing.

Great detail but a bit confusing when i completed the main module and PAID for it but the course was not finished, all these extra little pop up modules appeared. Bit confusing and I believe I should have paid once TOTALLY completed.
So tedious and complicated! The assessment takes ages! It took 5 days to finish the audio assessment, then I was told to complete a phone assessment which need requestment in advance. When I was ready for the phone assessment I found there was not even one available slot within a month! The whole point about the website is to ask customers to upgrade to priority service so they can make more money. Scam!
It's not totally online... They sneakly make you pay after you finish the online part and then they ask to record yourself for accessments and They make you pay extra to speed up process of assessments too.
Also You have to book for a accessor to call you and discuss a F scenarios of refusing to serve. WTF? However there is no time available for this call. Fast course? Really?
It's not 100% online course and they hide this process from you.

They billed me before I even finished the course.
Second when I was trying to book the phone asssment, they all booked and full since 13 October, I contacted them, they said they are sorry I have to wait for the next available appointment which is 13 November, they had to notify me that's gonna happen before taking my money not after, not professional it's a rude way of dealing with clients

You change people money before you do the course instead of after completion I only wanted a new card I paid $27 only to be told you don't have my card and I have to do new card so I pay another $55 dollars do course pass it then supposed to do a video then audio twice To many things to do if I had known all of this to start with never would have paid

Answer: The course is flexible for you to do (sign in and sign out, and your Student Dashboard will tell you where you're up to). The course takes (about) 6hours. Your assessments along the way are marked before releasing the next one. Final assessments include doing onscreen presentations of about 2mins each, for (about) 10 items I think. Then it takes 1-3 business days for them to assess your Finals.
Answer: Once you've done the 5 sections then you have to do a Final Assessment and audio/video presentations. Sign back onto your account and check your Student Dashboard as it will tell you what you still need to complete.
Answer: YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND NO WHITE CARD HAS BEEN GIVEN.
