I've been ordering a joint supplement for my dog for the past few years. Last month, just weeks before I ran out of the product, I received an email from EntirelyPets, reminding me that it is time to reorder more supplements.
I appreciated the reminder, as I normally tend to forget and end up having to go a week or so without the supplements while I wait for the refill to come in the mail.
They not only reminded me, but attached links so I could easily reorder in just a few minutes.
Cheap prices and quality. I hear those complaining about shipping and returns. While those are very valid concerns, I've been ordering from them for multiple years and I've never had a complaint.if you know what you're getting then you will be fine.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the ordering process did not indicate the item was out of stock and back ordered. It took 11 days from day of ordering until received, which isn't a long wait for a back-ordered item. Aside from that, I'm pleased with the product and overall service. Our 22 year old cat loves them!
I am a veterinarian who called and spoke at length with a "technician", then held for the pharmacy intern. I detailed the meds requested for a family's dog I was helping.
They did not respond for 6 days. I got another request from the family to call as they didn't get word thir meds were ready. The same "intern" said my info was "misplaced". Bottom line... these folks are NOT accountable. They do not do what they say. Avoid this pharmacy.
Ordered a product, didn't show shipped, followed up with them. The charge was pending and then removed so as of right now I am not charged, but the order still shows as "pending". Another 2 email follow ups and I gave up the ghost. As long as I don't get charged I'm ok, but no response, just terrible. DO NOT use this place.
Due to the crisis it took about 10 days but I had nothing urgent. I knew the shipment would be delayed because they had not charged the card. Eventually they did and by that time my dog's shampoo and toothpaste was on the way. Thanks for being there!
I ordered a few dental products for my dog and all of the items arrived quickly. One of the bottles did leak a bit, but they were in a plastic bag and each container had been wrapped to try to prevent this from occurring so it did not bother me. I just washed off the bottle and it was fine.
I have ordered from this site several times now, and each time the product actually came quicker than was projected. This last time I ordered enough product to get free shipping and still received my order the very next day. It has been in my experience that these guys are really on the ball.
I don't know how this company stays in business. The first time i ordered from them, it took three weeks to get my order. Customer service was absolutely worthless. Could not tell where my order was or even if it had been shipped.
Against my better judgement, I decided to give them another chance, so on my next order, I payed extra for priority shipping. Very excited. Received my order in four days. Only problem is they shipped the wrong product. Customer service said I could keep the product that was sent and the correct product would be shipped that day and should have it by the end of the week. We will see.
It feels like they have new sales and deals just about every week. It's amazing, because the base prices are already better than what I can find in my local pet stores. I've saved money buying my dogs BETTER products!
These pads make cleaning my Golden's ears much easier. I can even pull the pad into a couple of different layers to make them last longer. And she likes the fact that I am not squirting liquid into her ears!
It was a lot of work to order from them. I would call and say ok we have the script ready for next month's order yea yea nope then they would tell me vet didn't respond when they sure did. Ppl on customer service team would day they would call back with info on order they never did follow through more work on myself to get dogs eye ointment
I was an irate customer, to say the least, after speaking to a first representative. What he was telling me did not make sense and when I was transferred to Dave after requesting to speak to a supervisor, my worries instantly vanished.
With this kind of respectful, awesome service, I will definitely be doing repeat business with EntirelyPets again!
Used their services for a number of times and never had any issues with the purchase or the delivery. Most important, all of the goods are always of the highest quality. Already recommended them to my sister, who has four pets and was recently looking for a reliable online store.
I have a prescription for my dog that does not end until April 2022 yet each month my order has a pending status. I have to call to get them to contact the pharmacist to submit my orders. I have done this for three months. I am fed up with the lack of service and all of the time it's taking me to get my dog's medicine. I would not recommend this company unless you plan on calling in your order each month. Definitely don't use the auto-ship
When you have a house full of animals, all with different needs and dietary restrictions, shopping for their supplies can become a hassle. After doing a LOT of research, EntirelyPets was one of the only sites that could get everything I needed in one place. They were certainly the only one that made it affordable! Shipping was standard and everything arrived in one piece. The only thing I wish they would add is a system that would allow me to place the same order automatically every 3 weeks. Sorry if this is already part of the site and I just didn't see it.
I placed my first order on 06/29/20 with everything in stock. 4-8 business days ground, give or take understandable since everyone is running late on deliveries... 22 days later no email or contact at all. No initial email except from PayPal that my order was placed or delivered. No information on my account with a tracking number or delay. One item out of stock and there my order sits not even shipped! "They are working on their email system"... This is terrible service. There is nothing on the website that says they will not ship separately, nothing on my account to indicate an item is out of stock or that the order was delayed. I would not trust this company to provide food or RX never knowing if it would get delivered.
Very good communication via chat and email. One thing is if it says shipped to the customer it should be shipped as that can be confusing. Especially to overseas customers who have longer to wait and think it's gone. Everything else was perfect.
My little one loves the chicken wrapped carrots. No little toy this time around in the box. Great values found on Entirely Pets for items we need. Because awe live on the other coast it does take a while to receive the items.
Products were exactly what I ordered. They also sent along some samples of other products for my dog to try. My only problem was that I was supposed to get my shipment within 7 days. This would have been fine because my dog ran out of his medicine exactly 7 days after I ordered. Well, I didn't receive them for 9 days, therefore, I had to go buy some more at our vet which was twice as expensive. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product and the price.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
