I ordered something and bc of an error, it got sent to my old address in another state. This company refused to reship or to return my money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I ordered from them because emu dog needed an ear wrap for an aural hematoma... it took a while to even arrive (wasn't even needed anymore) and also it didn't fit. So after receiving confirmation that if I returned the item (and paid return shipping) I would receive a refund. So, the next day I sent it back and received confirmation that they received the package. I waited about a week and still no refund. I love-chatted 2 separate people who acted like I never sent them the item back. They changed their story once I sent them screenshots of the USPS tracking. So, after that I waited another week, still no refund like promised (live-chat said 3-5days). So after talking to about 4 people on the phone and being told different (longer) times to expect my refund it has almost been a month since they received the package and no money back. I also can't get any customer service rep on the phone to talk about this either. Pitiful customer service each time is a different lie as to why my money hasn't been refunded
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order on Thursday 10/30/14 and was told my package would be delivered Saturday i did pay an exra 50$ for overnight shipping. I ordered a cpv parvo canine antigen test kit that contained 10 tests. Long story short it did not leave the warehouse until Monday 11/3/14 :/ they were suppose to refund my shipping cost but i havnt got it, i had to call over 4 times to have them fix my name address and email because they messed it up, they never returned my emails i had to call them and live chat with them. I attached a pic of our chat very very improffesional :/ the guy i talked with from the start said 'told you' then 'lmao' ( which is abbreviated for laughing my $#*! off ' and then 'sorry' i wil never order from them again, also the product expired on 12/9/14 so i only have a month to use all 10 tests wth! Horrible communication, immature employees and old/almost expired products STAY AWAY

I have ordered collars from them in the past with no problems but lately their customer service has been terrible.The first two collars I ordered this year I hadn't heard from them in almost a month since I had ordered the collars so I was checking to make sure there was not any problems with my card.The woman on the other end yelled at me and told me I had a attitude and that it was only 7:30 in the morning okay I did not feel I had a attitude but finally got my collars. Today I get a package in the mail with a collar I didn't order. I look at my bank acct and they charged me on march 22.So I call the company explain what has happened and she once again tells me I have a attitude and tells me she can not help me with out a customer order once again I explain I didn't order it she tells me to look for the invoice in the package I tell her there is none. She accuses me of lying. I ask to talk to a manager 3 times because she keeps telling she can not help me. I finally gave up and called my bank. I don't think I will be ordering with them any more.
I never have any problems when I order anythings from entirely pets. The service is great and ordering is fast and painless and I will order again from this company. Thank you so much!

I have a good deal on my order, shipping was the right time. This is the 2nd time I shopped on this website, everything was fine, I'll buy here on next order.
My cat benefits some from FortiFlora pro-biotic, which is quite expensive if I purchase from my vet. The price on the product on EntirelyPets was much less, and it all arrived on time.
I switched from Chewy.com after they stopped selling Fromm brand products and because Entirely Pets does stock it. I'm satisfied. Would be perfect if you also sold Vitakraft Yogurt Drops dog treats.

This company constantly sells items that they do not have in stock. Items that have been on backorder for over 6 months are still sold online as if they are available and there is no notice that the items are on backorder when the order is placed. When questioned when the item will be available they don't know. I am very well aware that the items are out of stock with the supplier (Virbac dental cat chews) and have been for months so I jumped to place an order with this company only to find out that they too have been out of stock for months. Then why do you continue to sell them with no out of stock disclaimer?
They also offer a 10% discount for autoship orders which they also fail to include when processing your order. The checkout process states that the discount will be applied after the checkout process is completed but the 10% never gets applied and you are billed at the non-discount rate.
When you call to ask about the discount you are told that this was an error, the order did not go through as an autoship order and it will be corrected. This is another scam with them because my orders have yet to be entered correctly as an autoship order with the correct pricing. When asked for confirmation that the order is entered as an autoship order for the next shipment you are told that you have to request that on the next order.
Either this company is run very poorly or they are just an unethical online vendor. I suspect it is both.
We ordered Virbac Hextra chews at the Entirely Pets vastly inflated prices because they were the only place that said they had them in stock.
There was no indication that any of them would have been unavailable, and still show as being in stock today, even though I verified that they have long been out of stock with no idea when new stock will be in.
Without consulting me they substituted some very inferior, and much less expensive, chews in my order.
There was no suggestion that they would refund the difference in cost. I had to call, wait on hold, speak to a (actually very nice and helpful) customer service associate, described the issue, etc., etc.
I was given (haven't checked my credit card activity yet today) the difference between what the cheap stuff costs vs the Virbac, and supposedly cancelled my auto-ship at the same time.
I will be happy if that goes seamlessly.
The fact that they have known about being out of the product while still selling it... and then substituting an absolutely inferior product... that is BAD.
Doing that, then not even offering to adjust the price...? BAAAAAAAAAD!
I will never again do business with this shady company.
To top it off, none of my dogs like the cheap chews.

Don't believe the high ratings for response and delivery shown here. One failure to deliver could just be a mistake, Multiple times, it's the way they function. I ordered a medicine for our dog and paid for it on October 4. Today is November 10 and still no delivery and according to Entirely Pets web site, the order is still pending. I received an email on 10/20 asking did I or did I not receive the ordered meds. I replied no I did not. Never heard back from them. I talked with a rep on 10/29 and he told me the delay is because they want to insure I get the "freshest" meds. On 11/04, I called again and was told the pharmacist wasn't in and the rep wasn't able to tell me anything about the order. Called 11/05, pharmacist unavailable, but the rep said they would ship it that day and it would be shipped express, "The fastest way" and I would receive it in a couple of days. On 11/07, I checked the web site and the order was still listed as PENDING. I asked to speak to Jesse Padilla, the highest exec listed anywhere and left a voicemail describing my plight. As of 11/10, Padilla hasn't even given me the courtesy of a response, nor has he done anything about the problem, and his employees don't seem capable of resolving it AND THE ORDER IS STILL PENDING. Obviously, Padilla doesn't give a hoot about his customers. I didn't order dog biscuits, I ordered a medication that our dog needs. I trusted this outfit to deliver it. If you need medications don't order them through this company. As I said in the beginning, they've done this before, this isn't the first time.

Do not use these people. They sold my e-mail address now i'm getting e-mail solicitations left & right from companies I've never contacted before.
Entirely pets is the only place to have the brand/flavor of wet cat food in stock, and at a lower price. Ordering, delivering, all went smooth.
I have used Entirely Pets a few times. They have always delivered promptly. The products are neatly packaged and arrive without any problems.
I love the cet toothbrush for my shih tzu! It's difficult to find products for smaller dogs so finding a solution is awesome!
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
