I appreciated the personal communication regarding the items i purchased,
Accurately found all information online and called the store to verify that information. Purchased our fridge on a Tuesday and had it by that Thursday.
I specifically ordered this product from you because you were the most competitive as well as availability.
However once I received the unit I was disappointed with the Cart. I was led to believe there was shelving on the NG units. Not so! The skeletons on the Propane guts are still on the unit. This making the Cabinet useless. I plan on writing a negative review about Alfresco
Carts unless you can help me out. I spent over $7000.00 for this unit! Ridiculous!

Everything fit perfect and easy to install. Looked great.
The product is excellent, however, when it was being installed, the door to the lower over was shattered. The company ordered a new door. Twelve days later, we are waiting for the installation of the new door. We trust that Elite will deliver as promised.
Pedestal Base was damaged upon delivery. We contacted Miele and they have replaced it but there was absolutely no follow up by Elite. We had to do this all with no help from Elite. Also, when we made the purchase, Eddy agreed to provide additional detergents and fragrance packages beyond those offered by Miele as a part of their promotion, but Eddy has not responded to two follow up emails over the past 45 days. Very, very disappointing!
I am very impressed with Elite Appliance. Their prices, customer service, and quality products they sell keep me coming back to me again and again. Great company.
I was skeptical about elite appliance at first because I was a little scared to order something off-line- but after receiving my Viking 7 series Range cooktop from Elite appliance I was very pleased. My Viking 7 Series is absolutely gorgeous and it came completely brand new with no problems. I would definitely recommend Elite appliance to other people.
The installers, Jonny and his partner, were very professional and knowledgeable, particularly about the Miele dishwasher, which is what we purchased. They showed up on time and although they were quick, they took their time to do the job correctly. This included making sure all hose connections were secure, leveling, a test to check for leaks, quick overview with the customer on simple operation and haul away of the old dishwasher. Also, they were very careful moving the equipment into and out of the house, taking care not to mark walls or floors. I highly recommend Elite Appliance. Also, Miele really are the best dishwashers!
Wonderful experience, twice! Two orders, consolidated into one delivery...5 major appliances...arrived and handled perfectly. Delivery company was very responsible and great too. Very very good experience here!

We are having some issues currently in getting the natural gas grill to electronically light (as we can light it manually) and have a call into Lynx customer service to seek resolution.
I purchased a professional range and a professional hood from Elite Appliance online. They offered the best price by far. I live in Birmingham, Alabama. The products were delivered on time with no hassle. The customer service was outstanding. I was able to visit their store while attending a wedding in For Worth. Eddie was great in making sure my order was correct and recommended the hood I needed. I will definitely recommend any friends to shop from them.
