The Bertazzoni range is beautiful and efficient. We struggle a bit with the igniting and will have to get used to that. It cleans up well (once we got all the residue from the protection tape off of it.)

No service after the sale. The original DW that I purchased ended up not fitting. It took weeks to get a replacement that would fit. There was also a price difference on the replacement DW and it has taken almost a month to get a credit back for the difference in lower price.
Only blip was that the wrong oven was sent the first time. Very easy to get the correct oven delivered and the wrong one picked up. Packaging on arrival was very good
Had problems with the delivery, 2 weeks overdue, but otherwise not bad.

When doing a search of all Miele dishwashers, the one I chose showed $999, but when I clicked on the link to see the specs, the price changed to $1099 as an internet match. Go back to all of them listed, the same thing - $999, click on the link and change to $1099. I like the dishwasher though.
Overall, very good experience. Feedback I would give you was once we placed our order, we did not hear anything at all for two days. Thought maybe my order did not go through. So I called and it was all good. One thing on your call in number...if you press the option for question s on an existing order, no one picks up. You have to select " sales" to get a live person
The initial delivery of the appliances went well. We were waiting on cabinets so the appliances could not be installed initially. Upon returning to install the appliances, the floor drain for the ice maker was identified as a problem. This should have been noted on the original delivery of equipment so that it could have been corrected. We then had to wait a week for a part. The repair was scheduled for the following week, but no one notified the field technician so we had to wait another two weeks. The company that came out to install the ice maker would not install the panel front to the dishwasher. So after a month of being in the home we still do not have the panel front to the dishwasher.
In addition, the Viking refrigerator stopped working. The service company that came out for the warranty repair had to order a fan. We hope to get it repaired this week. Again, we had to go two weeks without a functional refrigerator.
Damaged product, poor follow up
I have all Viking Professional appliances in my home in Charlotte NC. When they need to be serviced there's only two Viking Authorized service companies (of which one only does ranges and nothing else). When my Viking Pro microwave broke, I Googled the Viking model #. Elite Appliance was one of the best priced. I saw that you're an American company and was impressed at the lines you carry. I had some questions in regards to whether I needed to order the mounting kit & bezel. So I picked up the phone called Elite and pushed 5 for customer service, with expectations of a call center where the person on the other end would be armed with the same PDF service manuals & parts catalogs that I have. I spoke with Eddie McBroom who shattered my expectations. He knows his stuff and is very consultative. A few days later I had to fly to Dallas for business and my return flight was a few hours after my meeting was over. So I swung by Elite's showroom to take a look at the new Viking Pro microwave that superseded my (now) discontinued model. I walked in and asked the guy at the counter if he knew Eddie in Customer Service. Turns out, it was Eddie! I'm now the proud and happy owner of new Viking Pro microwave and a Marvel 15" Indoor Clear Ice Machine that make 30 lbs of the best clear ice EVER. I'll be working with Eddy over the next couple of months to refresh my outdoor kitchen. P.S. Could you guys open an Elite Appliance in Charlotte and send Eddy to work there? Charlotte's one of the 3 fastest growing cities in the US and there's a lot of custom homes (existing and being built) here. You'd guys crush it here! I'd even invest and help raise VC money if that's what it'll take to get y'all up here. You guys are awesome!
Overall pretty good experience and a good price on the fridge. Delivery came three days later than originally quoted. It was going to be Friday, then Tuesday, which I took off from work, and then Wednesday. Which I also took off and delivery between 9-1 came at 3. But when I called Elite appliance they were very helpful with looking into when the delivery would arrive. While packaging looked ok, the top right rear corner of the fridge is dented in. The inside, while advertised as like new, has greasy fingerprint marks all around the interior edges, perhaps from workers removing it from the showroom install. The shelves were held in place with bubble wrap which did not work very well and a couple fell into diagonal positions in the fridge and left gouge marks on the interior cavity. Water was found in the freezer drawers. One freezer shelf corner pad is missing. I haven't been through the remaining parts to see if anything else is missing. For the money, I think the issues are ok, but I'm hoping the greasy fingerprints come off the plastic interior and that the dent will not be an issue once the fridge is installed. Also have yet to plug it in to see if it works.
Sales Rep was awesome, enthusiastic and helpful! Someone dropped the ball with the shipping part, it sat in your warehouse for a week and I had to call to get it sent. Otherwise good experience.
