I have purchased 3 canvas prints so far. They look so lifelike. I also received many compliments on them from friends and neighbors. I am redecorating my lower level and will put it up when completed. Can't wait to show it to you as well. Thank you again

Very poor customer service. The images on their website for each of the different sizes are very misleading. When you request for a return, then they tell you about their return policy, where you have to pay 25% for sending your product back. Even if you are totally dissatisfied with it. Even after returning the product, I haven't received my refund. No response from the support team either. Guess they will wait for 30 days from date of order and then send a mail saying that they can't refund since the 30 day time period is up.
Regret wasting $35 for their product! And I don't think I will even get it back!
I ordered a world map push pin canvas and it came out beautifully and was delivered on time. In addition, the customer service was fantastic - they addressed all my questions and concerns professionally and quickly. I would definitely buy from elephantstock again.
The quality of the picture was so bad. The printed picture is not clear and looks very blur. For the amount of money I have spent on it, I would like to have a clear and sharp picture. Customer service is pathetic.
The picture is beautiful, however the picture did not line up on the 3 canvas. It was a nightmare trying to hang it. Either I had to line up the canvases and the picture frame(in the pic) was off or the canvases were off! This was for a professional office and it looks like we cant hang a picture correctly! I wont buy a 3 canvas again!

Ordered a few pieces of art work from them about $600 with discount. Just prints with frames. Honestly, these frame are likely $25 dollar cheap frames and the glass appears not to even be real. So my order if just print and frame likely is around $75-100 in cost. So they are making a killing. My best friend use to be a professional framer while in college and you can't even put these on the same playing field with frame and mats etc as that would of cost you 200+ at least for a custom frame from companies he worked at and real glass and quality frames vs cheap frames and what appears not to be real glass. Also got one picture damaged out of my two being sent. The packing wasn't good at all and box tape half torn when arrived and the two pieces in one big box did have wrapping around each print and frame, but nothing stopped the smaller piece inside from moving around which it certainly did. It was the larger print that was damaged which bring me to their return portion. I did it through chat acknowledged it and basically said you will get an email about the return tracking etc. Never received had to chat again to get it. New delivery tracking printed morning of Wednesday and was ready to ship, but wasn't picked up till Friday. What was the delay? Their replacement department needs to do things more formally and send out an email acknowledging a replacement is being done and the steps through the way vs. leaving the customer wondering. I have worked for many e-commerce companies and supply chain companies and never seen such lack of organization. Basically, if you want a print pretty quickly and overpay for one this is your place otherwise if you like the print just buy it from wherever as a print and take it to a place that actually takes pride in framing with high quality materials and pay the same price. This company lives on lazy people basically like myself who thought the quality would be good looking at their website which indeed it isn't. A fair price would of been about $250 for what I received.

The canvas came damage. The starofun in the corners got stock with the canvas snd the white particulate of the starofun can not removed

One side of my home office needed something on the blank wall. This filled the space with plenty of color. The frame that the print is attached to is not perfect, appears a little uneven on the left side, but it will for my small home office space. I ordered Barbados Island 1 Panel Canvas Wall Art 42" X 28". Very light weight and easy to hang by one person.
Canvas print looks sharp.
However, I'm docking ElephantStock a star because I never got that "final approval" I was promised and thus my print came with a glaring line through one of the panels, which could have been avoided with a final review. I am dissatisfied.
Ultimately, it's a high-quality print on canvas that arrived promptly, it's a good size, and it was incredibly easy to hang.
I've gotten multiple pieces of wall art from this company and it's always the best quality. The most recent Doge wall art was another amazing addition to my collection.
