Received phone, but it took me days to clean out stuff from previous owner! In fact, I'm still getting messages meant for the previous owner.

Super easy! There was a small mix up with delivery, so there was a delay in getting it to it's destination. But everything is fine.

Ordered my phone during the pandemic. Great price, however I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive my order for 2 weeks.

Search function/comparison is a little difficult. I requested and paid for shipping via UPS, but the package was still delivered by the USPS.

Overall I would not order from this website again simply because of the amount of time I had to wait to get my order.

So many issues with my order... long story short, took a month from my submitting my order to getting a phone that worked properly.

The shopping experience was good. I just hope the handful of negative reviews about delivery and condition of the phones is not the norm.
