Went there to look at diamonds to buy. It was hard to get an appointment. I finally got an appointment and WOW they are busy. It seems they are supplying the world. They had a room filled with boxes ready for Fedex and UPS to pickup.

I got a 3 carat for slightly over 55k.

They are LEGIT. I got my engagement ring in and the ring looks amazing. I am ready to propose! Thank you for making it happen.

I went to the jeweler to checkout my diamond and everything checked out fine. I was upset because my appraisal price was for $8000 and the jeweler said it's only worth $7800. I paid about $2600 and I know I got a good deal but when I called to complain, they told me they don't have time for me and asked me to return the ring for a refund! Then they called me a Karen!

Rude people but product is amazing. I would give them a zero but I'm I love with my ring. They did a really good job.

Wonderful…. Took some time but the wait was worth it. What I got is more then what I was expecting. Perfection takes time, specially if it is microscopic work done by hand. You want a perfect hand made jewelry, this is the place to go.

You can not get a returned phone call, you stay on hold for an hour, then they send you to India for support. They in turn do not know anything.

I ordered a ring from them for Christmas. I was given a date prior to Christmas. Two days before, I called and asked about it. They said it takes weeks to make, so it wouldn't come until after Christmas. First, I had paid for a faster delivery, because the website indicated that it would arrive by Christmas.
A week after Christmas I called. First I sat on the phone for an hour, which I took a picture to prove to PayPal in case, as I suspected it was a scam. The next day I called, and their phone was disconnected. I called the following day and it was back up, but I still couldn't get a person. At that point I went through Paypal for a refund. I finally got my money back 2 months later. DO NOT BUY from this fake company. You will get scammed.

I am very happy with Edwin Novel Jewelry Design. This was my third exchange upgrading my wife's engagement ring to a 3 carat.

I got a 1 carat Si3 quality diamond earrings and then I upgraded to a 2 carat VS2 diamond Stud Earrings and now I just upgraded to a 3 carat VS2 diamonds.

The cool thing is that they let you upgrade as much as you want. They take your old purchase back for the full price you paid for it.

I ordered and returned a pair of earrings from Edwin Novel back in late November 2021. They have not processed or given me a refund yet despite providing prompt customer service BEFORE I paid for the order. Now that they have my money AND their earrings returned, the Edwin Novel company has given me the runaround for months saying that they need to 'inspect' and process it soon.

You say you have extenuating circumstances to explain the delay, but at this point, you are misleading your customers and keeping hold of funds for who knows what reason.

Every time I've asked for an update, it's the same response. "We have experienced many unfortunate situations during the holiday season, as well as its aftermath." Your business has hardships, people have hardships, I have hardships, I get it, but this is extreme. My aftermath of a headache working with Edwin Novel is truly what has been unfortunate. Does it genuinely take nearly 3 months? How much longer? I have never been given a time estimate except "soon" so to recommend Edwin Novel is the last thing I will do. I DO NOT recommend them. I chanced my luck with trying them out but will have to reach out to my credit card company to even try and get this resolved. Buy here if you love to NOT get refunds if anything goes wrong.

I buy a lot of jewelry for my wife and daughter. This was the first time I purchased from here and I am impressed.

The earrings I got are very high quality and they have a lot of shine. The shine on these earrings are better then anything I purchased from my local jewelry store. Most important is that I got a good deal.

Edwin Novel Jewelry Design has excellent jewelry, very beautiful and of very good quality. I have bought several pairs of cartilage earrings and hoops because honestly they are great. The best thing about their website are the prices and the offers and discounts. I had a little problem with the shipment that took two more days, but the package arrived in good condition. A good experience.

This business is sketchy. I have had two instances where this merchant processed payments for orders and received payments and contacted me via email with a decline, hold, or cancellation AFTER they received payment. Note the order was placed on 1/26/22; they processed the transaction with my bank on 1/27/22 when merchants have the option to hold the transaction and not process it AND sent an invoice for the order on 2/2/22. They even sent a PayPal invoice and advised an order was on HOLD on their end and was unaware whether the transaction processed by my financial institution 5 days AFTER they processed the transaction and advised I would be responsible for a 25% cancellation fee if they couldn't speak to my bank. Why would there be a need to speak to my bank AFTER they received the payment already is my question. Also why would they send an additional invoice without refunding the initial transaction? Don't waste your time or money for these cloudy diamonds. Go to a reputable brand with clear business practices and consumer relations. This is my second time having issues with this merchant but the first was relatively minor compared to this level of deception. Maybe COVID has seemingly legitimate businesses scamming and conducting fraudulent business practices too! Save your money and the headache.

Well I have now been waiting 6 weeks for my money back. They just keep stalling week after week. I would never trust these people again.

I ordered 2 pairs of diamond earrings, and they look awful! They are cloudy, hazy, grayish, and not even worth what I paid for them. I am disappointed, and I would not recommend buying from them. Now I am stuck paying for diamond earrings I don't even want.

Placed an internet order on 12/31/21. Received an email confirmation that has no real information. Paypal was billed by Edwin Novel Jewelry Design for the full amount. Sent two emails and made three phone calls - no response. Web site clearly states that any orders over $5000 (I spent 15,000) are shipped overnight. Not the case. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I am opening a dispute with Paypal and my credit card. Very unresponsive business.

Bought 2 pair of earrings. Nothing like the picture. They are not even clear. Completely cloudy. Come to find out they are the lowest clarity rating.

I bought a pair of 1/2 ct diamond earrings. They are hazy and don't sparkle. When I posted a review, the employees called and told me that I had to remove my review, because it was hurting their business. I stated the truth "the earrings are ugly" and now I have spam calls and texts constantly since speaking with the rude employees. They called me back from various numbers after I asked them to stop calling... then the spam calls and texts started. Have been receiving these calls every few minutes for more than a day now. I don't think it is a coincidence that they started after the rude people called me from Edwin Novel. Someone also created a fake email, using my picture and created a fake review on my former employer's site, slandering the physician in the practice. I am posting the ugly earrings, next to a pair the same color and clarity that I bought elsewhere to replace them. The Edwin Novel earrings are on the left, the newer pair on the right. Which would you rather wear? The ones on the right were over $100 less expensive to purchase.

I got earring from here. I paid $1,500, $2000 cheaper then the jewelry store I usually go to. The earrings from Edwin Novel Jewelry is absolutely better. REALLY BOOD DEALS.
