Ordered flowers based on website saying there was still time. Shortly after ordering got a follow up email stating flowers could not be delivered. I was quite disappointed by this. Blooms today was linked florist being used for this order. Perhaps a different company needs to be used.

When you placed your order, it was very close to the cut-off time for orders to be received for that service. Technically, there was still time, according to the window of opportunity setup between Echovita and Blooms Today, however, since the local florist wouldn't have received your order until the next morning during their hours of operation, they may not have had enough time to prepare and deliver the order. The flowers we ordered were never delivered and we were not even alerted to that fact until a week after the funeral. Will not trust the service again.

I was hoping for some beautiful flowers for my friend's mom's wake. I picked a pretty basket with plants and fresh flowers. I was disappointed when I saw them at the wake. The basket looked half empty! Certainly it did not look like the picture I saw online. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this site to friends.

It was very easy to order and a lot of different choices and price rangers to order from.
Very easy and quick. I was disappointed the arrangement did not look like what I ordered on line. I liked the blue vase but the picture that was sent to me from my niece was clear. The arrangement was beautiful with a blue flower.
Ordered Flowers over a week in advance for a funeral (to which this was the link from the funeral home to order flowers through), was not notified till the day prior to the requested delivery (to which I was out on vacation) that they could not deliver the order. I ended up getting a refund, but we missed the funeral due to them not reaching out sooner. I wish I would have known sooner and could have made arrangements with another company. I order flowers on behalf of the folks I support all the time and have never ran into this issue with a florist before.

We're sorry to hear this happened to you. If the local florist was unable to fulfill your order, they should have informed you much earlier than they did. However, if the local florist came across a last minute issue, such as a driver calling in sick without a replacement, etc. it is out of their control. Typically, when this happens, Blooms Today attempts to find another florist capable of fulfilling the order, but if not enough time was provided to do so, the order is cancelled and refunded.
This was a long distance order, so I don't if the flowers were delivered or what they looked like. I also do not like "rating" services beyond "did their job" or "really screwed up". I can't tell you if the job was completed, mostly because the family is still grieving their loss.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for a very good fried of mine, went to the services and saw they were NOT there called customer service who said there was a problem with my order that they will reimburse me Why they did not contact me if there was a problem I do not know

You're absolutely right. You should have been contacted before. In this scenario, the local florist will be penalized and if it happens again with this local florist, they will be removed from the program.

The flowers I had originally ordered were not available. From the looks of a picture a friend took for me, they were much smaller than I had anticipated. It is hard to order and never be able to see the final arrangement, but I had no choice.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. The order was placed several days in advance of the funeral. I was notified after the funeral was over that my order was unable to be fulfilled and I was issued a refund. A refund does not fix the fact that the funeral is over and I did not have flowers there from my family. Very unhappy with this experience. Had I known in advance, I would have chosen a local florist.

Dish garden was exactly what I wanted it to be, the family loved it - as it was perfect - they were able to bring home and always have as a memory of their mom!

The flowers were never delivered to the church. They were supposed to be delivered in the morning and I got an email after 6:00pm saying they were delivered.

You only received the delivery confirmation after 6:00p.m. However, as stated on your delivery confirmation email, your order was delivered at 9:45a.m. On August 24th, which was on time, since the flowers had to be there by 10:00a.m. No refund will be issued for this order. Thank you.
They did a great job on delivering the flowers on time with a very short time. The flowers look great, just like the picture.
It was easy to order flowers for my cousins funeral. I would have liked to know when they were delivered. This is my only concern, all else went well.
Never saw or heard anything from the flowers I ordered. They certainly weren't the church before or after the service. I received a email saying they were delivered about four hours after the service. I'm sure no one was at the church 4 hours after the service.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
