We ordered a large floral display for a family member's visitation and funeral service, for which we were not able to attend, 2 days in advance. Sadly, we weren't contacted until well into that service that they were unable to locate a florist who would be able to deliver on time. This was not for a "middle of nowhere" location but for one within 40 miles of Nashville.
While they did offer to deliver something later, and then followed up again later with a discount offer, this was not enough to make up for the complete failure on this most important event.
The one positive is that they did try to call and emailed this information and automatically refunded the order.
