Ordering the flowers was quick and easy. I sent them from my whole family, but then I was able to attend, in person. Even though I received the email that my flowers had been delivered to the viewing, I did not see them at the service. Then, afterwards, at the luncheon, I saw the flowers that looked what I had ordered being given to the family of the deceased. I was surprised and disappointed that it did not appear that these were really delivered as advertised.
I ordered the flowers from the funeral home and paid the bill. Then you billed me and took another 7.00 from my account for some international fee. I was never told about this and I feel it was just another way to scam people out of another few bucks. I really didnt think it was fair.l
The funeral was in Canada and I am in the United States. I wanted something very special as it was my dear bothers funeral. The Echovita's site had many choices. I chose the heart wreath. I watched the service via u tube and there was the wreath on the alter. It was magnificent! The flowers all white and the heart shape expressed my love and those of my family. The experience was so easy and turned out so well. I would use this service again. Gets an A+ from me.

Would like to have asked for some blue flowers to be added but could not see a choice. To be honest there were not very many other flowers, definitely they were not what I ordered, the arrangement I felt was mine the card must have got lost.
