Ordering good, delivery not, refund good. Believe because this was small town America and not enough floral companies with available stock for the funeral of a well known community member by so many.

Beautiful work and customer service

My arrangement wet absolutely perfect and exactly as expected. The customer service woman was soo helpful when I was afraid I sent it to the wrong place- we worked through it together- she was so sweet and helpful.

Memorial spray

Thank you for connecting me with the florist and making the order super easy. The flowers were the biggest arrangement there and were beautiful. The price was fantastic for the size of the arrangement

Funeral flowers

Very upset with Echovita. I placed an order 2-1/2 days in advance for flowers (and eternal candle) for a dear friend's funeral. Flowers were never delivered and did not find out until after the funeral. Too late to find another florist. I did get a full refund but will not order through Echovita in the future.

Awful Delivery Service

I ordered flowers on 1/24/2024 for a funeral service on 1/27/2024. The flowers never made it. On 1/26/2024 I was notified by Blooms they were delivered. Not the case. I called at least 4 times. Again on 1:29/2024 I was notified they were delivered. I spoke to the funeral director many times. He never received. Finally on 2/1/2024 they were delivered. I am not at all pleased with this service and will not be using again

I've advised Blooms Today to reach out to the local florist to find out what exactly happened with your order. If the local florist fails to properly communicate what happened and/or repeats such an issue with any other orders, they will be removed from the program. Thank you.

Not much for quite a bit

I paid for what was supposed to be the largest of 3 choices for the "America the Beautiful" arrangement. It looked NOTHING like the picture and it was TINY! Completely dissatisfied! I sent these flowers representing a group and was actually ashamed of what was delivered verses what I ordered! Rip off!

Worse Service Ever

I had a delivery date set for the Friday before the service. I got a notification less than 2 hours on the Saturday of the service that delivery was not possible. There were no florists available and no way to make it happen. It was super disappointing as I thought the flowers were delivered the Friday before.

I ordered a Sympathy Flower Basket for my Brother-in law's Mother's funeral. They were never delivered. My sister in law was most saddened by this because she knew they were expensive and were ordered in plenty of time to have been sent to the funeral for the visitation and later the funeral. I checked with family and the funeral home and confirmation of non delivery caused me to request a refund. They were most apologetic and did not argue with me about the situation and promptly told me they would reimburse with a full refund. I have already received an email about this and my credit card has been credited. Not happy with the non delivery but they were quick to refund. Satisfied with the outcome.

Dissatification

I was very disappointed in the "Peace Lily" arrangement purchased from your company. For the money that I paid for a beautiful arrangement, for my best friend was very disappointing. I have purchased a peace lily before, and it was beautiful and large for the price that I paid for online. This was my very first-time ordering arrangements via the funeral home website, and I will never purchase again. For the money that I paid for the arrangement, it should have been better than what I received. It was the smallest one there.

Echovita attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Had an Issue but not sure who was the problem.

Well, I got an email stating the flowers were delivered, but the person who should have gotten them said she never saw them at the funeral home where they were delivered. Not sure if she just missed them or if they were not delivered, or if the funeral home just failed to put them out. So, I can only assume they were delivered.

I generally will NEVER give a negative reviews. I have requested the follow up emails stop. They never did and still have not.

Oh, and by the way, the flower arrangement was not even close to the picture from what I ordered. It was not bad, but certainly not worth what I paid.

Very unsatisfied

Placed an order for flowers to be delivered at a funeral home in time for the wake. As I live in Florida and the Funeral home is in Hempstead New York. I received an email confirmation stating that the flowers were delivered. So naturally I called the funeral home to confirm receipt and the funeral advised that no delivery was received in my name or for the deceased. I called Blooms...and I told them my situation and the looked up my order and saw the same information stating that the flowers were delivered. The best part is that they quickly refunded me my money.

I ordered the flowers, thinking I was sending them to the funeral home. Then I realize that this obituary was connected to a third-party site,that is apparently based out of Canada. I was very disappointed when I went to find that there was a original obituary that did not show that I sent flowers or a condolences message!

You were also sent a delivery confirmation from our partner, Blooms Today, so please check your spam. Echovita is a website based out of Canada, which is clearly stated on our website, however, we are a website, which is global. All websites are based out of a certain country, but that doesn't mean they don't/can't serve other countries as well. Rest assured, your order was delivered. All of our orders are processed by Blooms Today, which is an American company, who works with local florists throughout the U.S. and Canada. Couldn't find a florist

Shortly after the order was confirmed, I received a call that they couldn't find a florist to make and deliver the plant ordered for a funeral because it was in a rural area. If I didn't have a different location to give them they would have to cancel the order, which they did since I couldn't move the funeral for them. This was an arrangement for a family friend many states away.

I immediately found a local florist by a simple google search and explained the situation and the planter was put together and delivered to the funeral on time. My advice, don't use these applications and simply call a local shop instead.

We ordered a large floral display for a family member's visitation and funeral service, for which we were not able to attend, 2 days in advance. Sadly, we weren't contacted until well into that service that they were unable to locate a florist who would be able to deliver on time. This was not for a "middle of nowhere" location but for one within 40 miles of Nashville.

While they did offer to deliver something later, and then followed up again later with a discount offer, this was not enough to make up for the complete failure on this most important event.

The one positive is that they did try to call and emailed this information and automatically refunded the order.

What seemed to be the issue is that the local florist assigned your order wasn't able to fulfill it, so Blooms Today attempted to reach other local florists, but couldn't find one available to take your order in time.

Extremely disappointed

The flowers that were ordered through the site were never sent to the funeral home. It wasn't until a colleague mentioned that our arrangement wasn't there that I phoned to follow up. At that time I only learned that the order was never delivered. Seriously? How can that be? Yes, my money was refunded but I was very embarrassed that my order was never fulfilled. I will never use this service again.
