The service was on May 22, I ordered flowers from Echovita on May 18th. Ordering was easy, but they were not at the funeral home until after the burial. Visitation at 10 am, service at 11 and burial at 12. My sister -in -law saw the flowers on a hall table when she came back to the funeral home with her mom (her husband's funeral). Ordered $100 arrangement, $70 delivery, $2 handling charge and $10 candle I did not order, which all would have been fine if they arrived on time. Waste of money!
I wanted and ordered a peace lily. After placing and paying for the order, I was informed that my selection wasn't available, so I requested a live plant arrangement that included ivy. I asked the recipient to send me a photo of what was delivered. For the price I paid, I was totally underwhelmed. I've seen similar arrangements at my local grocery store.
I recently had a family member pass who lives out of state. I wasn't able to attend the funeral, but wanted to send my condolences in the form of flowers. The online ordering process was easy, from that point on their customer service was non existent. I was basically left in the dark from that point forward, there was no communication from echovita or anyone else for that matter. I didn't know (and still don't to this day) if my order was sourced to a local florist, if the order was fulfilled, or even worse, whether the flowers were ever delivered to the funeral home! Having a loved one pass out of town is stressful enough, this experience didn't help. I will never use this service again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else!

The photo of peace lily is beautiful. So, I ordered a peace lily for my friend's son's memorial service but the peace lily wasn't there but a green plant got delivered instead. It wasn't a good looking plant and didn't have flower. I was so disappointed and dissatisfied.

I ordered flowers and a card for my cousin's funeral in another state, from my entire family. This was confirmed by your email and paid for. This was done through your link on his obituary. Several days after the funeral, I was advised that you had not been able to find a florist and never fulfilled the order. My own quick internet check found at least 10 florists in his city. I was not told of your failure until afterwards, which was too late to make other arrangements. Your offer of 20 % off my next purchase is not worth anything because I will not use your service again. I cannot understand how you failed so badly on such a straightforward transaction.

If the local florist assigned your order was not able to fulfill your order, they should have notified you before the service date to give you the opportunity to purchase elsewhere. In your review, you made it seem like our partner, Blooms Today, only offered you 20% off of your next order, but you didn't mention that your order was fully refunded as well. Although there may be 10 florists in the same city, not all florists offer delivery, and some may still be considered out of the area if they don't deliver to the specified address. Thank you.
I was surprised when I received what appeared to be an automated response that they contacted every delivery company in the area and none of them could get my flowers to the funeral home on the day of the service. The response asked for an alternate address which I provided. I kept getting automated responses saying my issue had been resolved, but never told which issue it was. No one on our end knew where the spray was going to be delivered. In the end, it got where it was supposed to go and by all accounts, it was beautiful. I'm thankful for their service.
Order flowers for friends wake. Flowers were not delivered. Reasoning was family member wanted it delivered else where. Turns out florist missed it was a morning service. Worked with a fantastic representative who helped me get the arrangement completed and sent to daughter's house.
I purchased flowers through the obituary website a week ago and then the funeral service came and went and I got an email saying the flowers couldn't be delivered and to give an alternate address. That is never acceptable. Luckily my fiancé was able to attend the service and expressed condolences for us otherwise we would have not sent anything nor attended.
We're terribly sorry to hear this happened to you. Of course, this is unacceptable. The local florist had plenty of time to inform you they couldn't fulfill your order, so that you could have looked elsewhere. We've expressed your complaint to Blooms Today, and they informed us that the local florist experienced a system error and some of their orders received on May 20th did not print, so they were unaware until almost noon on May 31st, which was the day of the service. Thank you.
I never saw the flowers that my wife and I sent to the wife of one of my college classmates to show our condolences in the passing of her mother, but she seemed to greatly appreciate them. I'm very happy that they arrived in a timely manner and from the picture description, looked very nice.
I was very disappointed in the "Peace Lily" arrangement purchased from your company. For the money that I paid for a beautiful arrangement, for my best friend was very disappointing. I have purchased a peace lily before, and it was beautiful and large for the price that I paid for online. This was my very first-time ordering arrangements via the funeral home website, and I will never purchase again. For the money that I paid for the arrangement, it should have been better than what I received. It was the smallest one there.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. I was then informed that they couldn't deliver as ordered. They would substitute something. I find this somewhat disturbing as the specific flower arrangement had a meaning behind it for the grieving family.

If the local florist didn't have all of the flowers to prepare the flower arrangement as advertised, they may substitute those flowers for a different flower, so they can still deliver the order on time, as scheduled. If you didn't want a substitution, you could have simply cancelled your order for a refund. Thank you.

I picked a bouquet not based on price, but based on the way it looked. I liked the vase color in the photo and the particular flowers in it. It was terrible in person. I had a really hard time finding which one I had purchased because it looked nothing like the photo. It was actually embarrassing.

Was notified my order was not delivered to the funeral. Given opportunity to change order to home delivery but did not want that. I cancelled the order and was sent notice that I would receive a refund in 5 - 7 days. On day 8- I had to reach out to get my money back. Will not use again.

Echovita experienced an outage on May 13th for a period of time that affected some refunds processed by our partner, Blooms Today, on that day. Typically, when Blooms Today processes a refund, our system automatically processed the refund the next morning. Blooms Today reached out to us on May 22nd, and asked us to confirm the refund, which we then processed on our end. It was a technical issue.
I ordered a funeral flower spray. I was unable to attend the funeral due to distance. I got a confirmation email that the flowers were delivered to the funeral home. A relative was at the funeral and told me there were no flowers from my family. The funeral director confirmed this. A refund was issued. I would have much preferred to have the flowers I ordered at the funeral service.
The arrangement was supposed to be white lilies but there were very few lilies (3 or 4) and the rest were carnations. Very disappointing.

Ordered a patriotic arrangement for a funeral as deceased served proudly in the US military. It was beautiful and all I had hoped it to be.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.

I don't know how you broke down the price of your order, but the amount displayed under each arrangement is the price of the arrangement including the cost of delivery. No where does it say the arrangement is $100 and the delivery is $70. Thank you.
