Delivery was terrible. The link didn't work and it was not delivered to my address. It was delivered to someone in my town just not me. I involved customer service and they were extremely helpful as I received NO response from the seller. Thanks!
Good. I ordered the wrong book last semester and couldn't get my money back and had to pay to return it so i think this company could improve that.
My college book store dropped the ball big time this semester and Ecampus came in and saved the day once again!
One book arrived about when I expected, the other was a few days later than I would have have liked but no big issues. I can't complain.

ECampus made my book selection very simple and easy. I was able to order my book in a couple of minutes.
The book was delayed in shipping with usps but that was no fault of yours. It's happened a lot lately. Your Shipping was on time and price was fair.
Being able to rent a textbook for cheaper than a college bookstore is great!
To return your eCampus.com rental:
1. Sign in to your My Account.
2. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns.
3. Select Return My Rental for Free.
4. Select only the books you packaged in the box, then click Print Label & Complete Return.
5. Print your prepaid UPS shipping label and packing slip and drop your rental return off at any UPS location. DO NOT drop this package off at the post office.

I wanted the book on soft or digital copy and not a physical book
I wanted the eBook, but was only given the hard copy as an option, and then only as a rental for $80. That's nuts.
I have enjoyed buying and renting textbooks from ecampus. It is always my go to place.
