I have ordered six 11 x 14 canvas prints in the last two months. The prints came within a week of ordering and were a quarter of the cost of other canvas print companies. I ordered the prints on the cheaper frame (which is thinner) and was happy with the look. The site doesn't have any way to check whether the resolution of the print you select is sufficient for a good quality canvas when enlarged. I checked the resolution on another site. Two of my photos were deemed to have insufficient resolution by another site, but I took the chance and ordered them anyway, because the price was so cheap. They were a tiny bit fuzzier, but since the print was on canvas, which has a texture anyway, I found it acceptable.
$45 into the trash can. Their platform does not offer proofs to ensure the canvas will be what you want. All you get is a small thumbprint of your product. My order came today & its nothing but pixels. What a waste of money!
Buyer beware. Terrible laser printing onto canvass. Photo of my US Air Force Airman was received with red/pink streaks from the American flag bleeding into the white stripes of the flag. Terrible image. Kinda like your favorite white shirt ruined in the wash by a new red sock - now we see it's pink!. Company would not replace unless I agreed to pay for shipping of a yet unseen replacement. They didn't get it right the first time and want me to take the risk and pay for a second one. How about this company sending me an accurate image and product without color bleeds and prove you can get it right before asking for additional money. Bad business practice.
Such poor quality! Second time. First time I got a bad outcome, they said we'll give a credit that i was never able to redeem. Second order, a large photo, my son's shirt is half purple and half blue, very obvious. Customer service said, 'send us a photo'. I downloaded a photo but why would I lie?. They said 'oh we can't open it'. Back and forth. I just want a return label and my money back. Any of the other services, even Walgreens does a much better job.
Received another customers canvas in the mail. Easycanvasprints response was that they would do a re-print but no compensation/relief for my troubles and late item. Multiple order customer over 4 years who wont be using them again.
I have a extremely good super and superb revel in with you because you're the maximum reliable i love your working style however due to your customer's terrible behavior, i'm not happy with you.
I recently ordered 3 16x20 canvas prints as Christmas gifts during a flash sale without reading reviews. I then went to read reviews and was so worried about what I was going to receive! My canvases arrived today (5 days early) and I could not be more happy with them! I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The picture was taken on an iPhone SE (not professionally done). I am so pleased and will be ordering more for myself. I know the recipients of these gifts are going to love them!
I must admit up front that I have never patronized this business though I WAS considering doing so. However after reading real customer comments I think I will skip this business. The number of negative comments far outweighed the pro comments. Tells me all I need to know. Thanks, but no thanks.
We have had several different types of prints done here over the years for our nonprofit organization. We are delighted and will return for more beautiful canvas prints. The service was of excellent quality, fast, and at a fair price.
When I called to check on image quality shortly after my order was placed, the call went through quickly and the rep was very kind and easy to work with. I have ordered prints in the past and they have all turned out great, I'm looking forward to getting these next set of prints!
As a graphic designer, having a high quality print to begin with is key, you can't expect a low quality image to be blown up to 18x24" without issues. I personally think that may(?) be the issue people are having with getting blurry prints, they may have a photo that looks good at 4x6" but when blown up to 18x24"+ there are not enough pixels to compensate for the size difference thus making the canvas image blurry.
That's just my experience and opinion though, there could be hiccups I'm not seeing. If you are worried about image quality, feel free to call them! As I said my experience was great and only took 2 minutes extra of my time to call and verify. I'm not affiliated in anyway, I just saw how many awful reviews there were and wanted to share my experience! :)
Over 7-8 years, they delivered Top Quality Canvas Prints (over 30 Large Prints). On the last order, the wood used for the frame was too heavy to hang on the wall (3 small prints), and Customer Service offered zero value when they finally responded to my email. The 3 prints are a total waste of money. The order prior to this last order took extra weeks before I received it. Poor Quality Product PLUS Poor Customer Service EQUALS Lost customer.
My wife and I placed our first ever order with Easy Canvas Prints in September. The process was simple and our order total for 2 canvases came to $82.91 with tax and coupon discount. I even screenshotted the final order page before I hit the send button to show my wife all the details. Thank goodness I did screenshot it because right after I hit "Secure Checkout" a screen popped up saying thank you for your order of $118.32! I couldn't believe it. I even checked my email and sure enough they had charged me $118.32. I immediately tried calling Easy Canvas Prints but they don't have any customer service on Sundays.
First thing Monday my wife called their customer service line. A representative named Kenny answered. My wife explained the situation and conveniently he asked "I guess you don't have a screenshot do you?" You bet your sweet ### we do. We sent the screen shot while still on the phone and he viewed it and said the coupon code we used expired the second we sent it but he would fix it and this "doesn't happen very often."
Long story short, Kenny never fixed our problem and after another call to customer service one week later we FINALLY got our $35.41 refunded. The prints came in the mail on time and were decent quality but...

Ordered a single photo print, came out nice. Second order was a four photo montage, they totally botched it. The cropped images were nothing like the originals. They cut off portions of all four photos resulting is a terrible result instead of something I intended to be beautiful. Never will order from them again
You should not do business with this company as they choose to send out SPAM that violates the CAN-SPAM act.
I ask that if you do not like SPAM then please choose another company to do business with.
My canvas came today and very satisfied. Came at a timely manner, box intact and beautiful art piece.
The picture was disappointing due to the fact that this is the best photo I have ever taken in my life, I am 59, it was a lake scene, with a boat in the middle, which was not in the middle, I was overall dissatisfied with the quality.
I ordered a personalized fleece blanket for my daughter's birthday in September for her October birthday. It came with a wrong family picture on it, I tried to correct this situation, sent emails back and forth, lots of excuses. To date I have not received another blanket or a refund. This company outsources their business so they will pretend to correct the problem but they will not. They will pretend to give you different shipping dates but the merchandise never comes. Nor the refund. Do not waste your money on this company. They do not run a legitimate business practice.
Thru out a few years I have ordered many canvas Prints from this place. Over 30. I recd a blurry and sent them an email. You get an automated email saying they received your you're email. I sent the pic that was Blurry. They send an email that they haven't heard from me. This goes for 2 months back and forth. Finally they give me a partial refund of 12.00. Really? So frustrated. Not doing anymore business with them. Terrible fake customer service! Don't order from them.
They charged my credit card more than the checkout price and they have very bad customer service. I am now scared to see the print quality because they already have very bad reviews here. I should have checked this out before I considered they can do the job. Please just go to amazon, there are a lot more options with better price.
One the screen, saved the picture as I assumed it would come to me - making sure... because my kid is a swimmer and was doing the butterfly stroke in the picture... the entire picture was centered. Paid, received confirmation, received 16 x 20 canvas with his hand cut off on one side and almost on the other. Told them I would even send back the incorrect one if they would send me the correct one. No... their solution was to reimb. Me a portion. Are you kidding me? Your companies mistake and that's what I get? I have 35 pictures I'm about to send off to another company with better ratings so I hope it was worth it and I hope your CEO sees this and all the other one-star ratings you all continuously receive. SMH.
Answer: Disappointed in the quality of the picture. The colors were dull. My photo was bright and vivid.
Answer: The delivery time was under a week. I live in the country so everything takes a day longer than expected. I chose to have the art team evaluate the quality of the image before printing. They contacted me right away and the only delay there was me getting back to them. I talked with an artist on the phone about it and then it went out almost right away.

Answer: I chose to have my image reviewed by the art team before printing. I took the photo on my phone and the 36 inch print came out looking good! I was able to talk with an artist on the phone to confirm the image quality before printing. This service was definitely worth the extra few dollars.
