I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your hotel, which has left me appalled and inconvenienced. I demand an immediate refund of the amount I paid for the reservation that was unjustly denied upon my arrival.
On 5th June, I had made a reservation under the name of Hotel Sky for 2 Deluxe double rooms at your hotel. The reservation was made well in advance, and I was looking forward to a pleasant stay at your establishment. However, upon my arrival at the hotel on 5th June, I was shockingly informed that my check-in was denied due to some unforeseen circumstances.
Let me emphasize that I had meticulously planned this trip, taking into consideration my personal commitments and preferences. Your hotel's refusal to honor my reservation has disrupted my entire travel itinerary, causing significant inconvenience and stress. Not only was I forced to scramble to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, but I also incurred additional expenses that were completely unexpected.
The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service exhibited by your staff is simply unacceptable. I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy as a paying customer, but instead, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and assistance. The behavior of your staff during this incident further exacerbated the frustration and disappointment I felt.
As a result of this unjust denial of check-in, I kindly request an immediate refund of the full amount paid for the reservation. I trust that you will understand the gravity of the situation and take prompt action to rectify the matter. The refund should be processed directly into my account, and I expect to receive confirmation of the refund within 24 hours.
Please be advised that if I do not receive a satisfactory response and the refund within the stipulated time, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I will not hesitate to share my unfortunate experience on various online platforms, social media, and review websites, which may have a negative impact on your hotel's reputation.
I hope that you will address this issue urgently and take the necessary steps to compensate me for the inconvenience caused. I expect a swift resolution and your immediate attention to this matter. I faced Serious Problems and Stranded in Germany Airport for 2 Days with EasemyTrip.com, as we book with them because of Pricing, But they don't know the Airlines Rules and don't take any Responsibility and Cheat and Fraud the Clients and make you Pay Agin for the New Tickets.

I was travelling from Malta to Mumbai in March 2022, via Munich, Germany and connecting Flight we got has only 1 Hour difference and they closed gates on time and not able to catch flight for no mistake of mine.
Airlines advised, Only the Travel agent can provide another booking and for my Surprise "As per conversation with Ms Shikha we would like to inform you that the modification charges for the below requested flight will be INR *******/- per person."

We'd like to inform you that as per airline's revert flight has already been used, and according to airline history, there was no delay from their end, so we can't change or reimburse any amount until the airline approves it, as we have limited control over such issues because the problem occurred at the airport, and it's the airline's responsibility to assist you in these situations. Meanwhile, we tried to call you but it was coming up unavailable.
I'm giving one star out of sheer inability to give out a lower rating, given the issue that I faced with the customer service, as I have detailed below.
I booked a flight and had to make changes to the baggage deal offered in the flight. So I called up the customer care on ease my trip and they asked me to send them a mail that they would use to create a ticket (one call wasted in this, when they could have created a ticket on their end itself). Anyways, I sent them a mail (at 11 AM Local time), and a ticket was created.
I waited for 3 hours before calling them up again, and this time they told me that the mail was missing documents they needed (the earlier agent did not inform me about any documents I needed to attach).
I sent another mail, and checked in 3 hours later and the agent responded "sir, we are working on it, give us until 5 PM today to resolve the issue".
I called at 5 PM and the agent said that a mail had been sent to the airlines and they would get back to me the next day at 10 AM.
The flight was just 2 days away, so I called the airlines and they told me that they had not received any mail from easemytrip, and that I should forward all the mails from before to them. SO I did.
Meanwhile, I also called up the agents at easemytrip to ask what was going on. They tried to feed me the usual spiel- We have sent an email to the airlines and are awaiting their response. I brought up the conversation with the airlines and told easemytrip that the airlines had not received any mail from them(easemytrip). The agent, clearly caught off guard, made an excuse saying that the query was transfered to the "baggage department" at easemytrip and they would get back to me within 4 hours.
Meanwhile, the airlines saw that my query was a genuine issue, and they issued me a new ticket with the required baggage.
So, I took the flight, and reached my destination, only to find that the customer service team had responded by saying "Please reach out to the airlines and they will help you with your issue."
I don't know what kind of business responds only after the flight in question has already taken off, given that I repeatedly called this fact out to all the agents, but I can't imagine it could ever fit into what is sustainable or even remotely considered to be good customer service. On top of all this, the folks had the gall to send out a mail saying "We hope that this issue does not dilute your relation with us".
Needless to say, I will not only NEVER book from easemytrip again, I will also deter anyone I come across from booking from these guys.

Please provide us with your booking details, so that we can look into this and resolve this, Even being a long time since this issue being posted, we have started a movement to resolve each and every customer's issue to their satisfaction, how old that may be.

I have have booked 3 tickets from EaseMyTrip during Covid 19 lockdown period in 2020(EMT*******, EMT*******, EMT*******). For Booking Id EMT*******, I received full refund(including Convenience Fee). For Booking Id EMT*******, I received the refund but the Convenience Fee was deducted. For Booking Id EMT******* also, customer care informed me that Convenience Fee will be deducted when the refund is initiated. I checked with airline for both Booking Id EMT******* & EMT*******, the airline has refunded full amount including convenience fee, but EaseMyTrip is eating up their share of money from that. On further enquiry, customer service informed me that they have changed the cancellation policy now. This is really weird, how can they change the cancellation policy when they were expecting lots of cancellation due to Covid 19 lockdown. It is very clear that they are minting money by taking their share of cut.
Hope better sense prevails. I will not be recommending EaseMyTrip to any one from now on. It is better to book Directly from airlines, atleast they don't cheat.
