I'm still amazed at the low shipping cost & your prices! Thanks! It took a little longer than I expected to receive my order even though it was shipped quickly enough. I do believe that was not Dream Creations' fault but the Post Office.

I have bought items from you guys before and each time I was very happy with everything, ease of ordering, quick shipping etc. I am sure I will order many more times in the future and would recommend this company as a great source for many jewelry making supplies.

I DO Love shopping here to find all my rhinestone needs! However, there are sites that have them available for less. I bought these from you this time because of you good ordering process and quick delivery. Next time I might need the lower cost instead. But love doing business with you guys!

Ordered on Friday, received my package on Monday. I'd ordered from other vendors the same day, followed up with them today and they're still processing my order. I'll definitely be using dream time more often great job!

Dreamtime Creations offers a great selection of stones. However, I had a difficult time working with the prongs on the bracelets. They are an efficient company. I received my products quickly & without errors in packaging.

My order arrived sooner than expected! It was just as described. The pieces are tiny, so 1 gross doesn't look like much, but when carefully counted, it was actually a little over. I am very pleased with my order. Thanks Dreamtime Creations!

The only thing that prevents a full 5 stars was an order that I got with some broken heart shaped crystals. They were replaced but we requested rush shipping free of charge and were denied. So our customer had to wait twice as long because we didn't have the pieces to complete the order.

Swarovski drastically changed one of the crystal colors I ordered, but with a quick call to Dreamtime, problem solved. Samantha was wonderful and patient, and pulled out umpteen colors to find a suitable substitute to send for an exchange. No hoops to jump through - an exchange and return label being sent. They bend over backwards to make sure you're happy with your order. Excellent customer service - A+++++

Dreamtime Creations had just what I was looking for, for less money than other online vendors. I needed a pointed back Swarovski crystal to replace one that had fallen out of a favorite ring. Dreamtime's delivery time was incredibly fast, and the package of 12 crystals are beautiful. I will definitely shop here in the future!

Have little, if any, complaint about selection or service. If needing to speak with anyone directly, they are pleasant and let me know if what I'm requesting is in or out of stock. I've recommended Dreamtime Creations to others.

I have received my order unfortunately not on time but things happen so i understand. Overall I'm happy with the service and the immediate answer i got when the shipment came incomplete. I'll be buying from you again :)

Overall I have been very happy with the selection and prices of their Swarovski products. They have a great selection of sizes ad often carry colors that you can't get at other vendors. Shipping is relatively fast and you can often get upgraded to priority mail for free on large orders.

The sales or discounts could have been applied to my total whether I had known about them or not, great customer service goes a long ways in my book. It sure would have been nice to receive a 15% off, something is nice once in awhile. I also paid for extra shipping so that I could get it immediately and instead I got it 6 days later. I'll know better next time.

They were gorgeous stone is just the wrong color... And I have no way of shipping them back because I don't know how there's nobody there on weekends so I will call tomorrow and figure that out... Other than that the customer service is been extremely well

I've loved the quality of your stones. I am in the pageant scene, and these stones SHIMMER on stage! Absolutely gorgeous. E6000 works the best for application on leather because it holds so well. Thanks for the super fast shipping! I also ordered your sample chart a year ago and I've used those colors for so many outfits to figure out what color stone is named what! Very handy.
