Could not find everything and the pictures were not as clear as I would have liked. Descriptions could have been better. The sizes are very confusing if you are not familiar with the product, what I ordered is too small for what I need.

It was hard to know the size of the actual crystal on the site base on the number they use. As a first time buyer, seem confusing. So if I was to order again I know to order bigger but I wouldn't kno how big is too big or would still be small

Paying with PayPal seemed to mess up my order. It got stuck and wouldn't refresh, so I had to go back and fill the cart again because it had emptied and then I had to quit the browser and start again. I've used your site many times but I recently upgraded Safari so that may have caused the problems. It was annoying but anomalous. It may be a bug in Safari or it may be in your website.

However, the size of the rim setting as ordered is a little small to what we ordered for ss20 Preciosa flat back crystals. They do not fit and It turned out that we could not use them at all.

My order was sent on july 9th and it got lost in MO. I couldn't find a thing from mail trackers and i tried many times. Nothing. I contacted the company for help. Because of covid, they need to wait 6 weeks to claim a missing package. 6 weeks! I asked refunds and they didn't reply on it but sending another request to post office again for help. Nothing after that.

Easy to order & it shipped quickly. I dislike being railroaded into providing a rating that has to be more than 50 character.

I am very happy with my experience! One suggestion--- can you put bulk orders for flat back stones in jewelry bags? Mine came in folded papers. Fortunately, I was careful opening them but could foresee a spill.

Excellent selection! Great service! Shipping would be really quick if for not getting hung up at Customs coming into Canada (by no fault of Dreamtime). Next time I will ship to my US postal box and go pick up, I would have had my order in less than 2 days from the time I ordered it!

The Dreamtime Creations mouse pad/mat really does work for easily getting all flat back stones to lay properly! It makes stoning dance costumes easier - just a couple of passes with your hand and they are ready to be easily picked up with a wax tip.
