Doteasy really takes the "easy" part of their name seriously. I can't believe how fast they work to resolve issues (usually issues that I created myself as a non-tech savvy business owner). They never talk down to you or make yo u feel like a doofus when you contact support for any reason - they just solve problems. I can't imagine using any other host again!

I have been with DotEasy for several years with multiple webpages. Doteasy's customer service is totally awesome! When I don't understand something that I need on my pages they will take me thru it step by step to build it. I love and depend on my DotEasy guys!

It's easy as pie. A lot of improvements have been made to navigating the site since I first started using it way back in early 2000's,

New to websites and was looking for an easy-to-use site builder. Tried many others including Wix but most of them come with too many bells and whistles that I don't need. A friend recommend Doteasy. Their site builder is so powerful yet so easy to use - just the tools I need and nothing fancy or don't. Love how it's connected to my hosting account so I can manage domain, hosting and site builder all from the same dashboard.

Just wanna shout out to Philip for his recent help on fixing my mixed content issues on HTTPS. Philip is friendly and knowledgeable. After fixing my issue, he went further to help me set up some redirection rules so that my website always loads in HTTPS. You rock Philip!

It's a similar platform to many others. Price is reasonable.

I'm a freelance web designer and I host multiple websites with Doteasy. Their checkout process is very smooth. Domain prices (both new registration and renewal) are reasonable. I'm currently using their Unlimited plan, but definitely recommend their Starter plan those who are looking for hosting a small website - $3.75/mo and domain name included for first year. Definitely a good entry level price point to get started!

I was attracted by Doteasys $5 domain promo. So, I transferred my domains to Doteasy. But what impressed me more is their customer support. Email support replies were received within a day. Plus, they offer live chat support (not restricted to pre-sales questions). Domain renewal rates are $15 which is pretty much the industry standard. So far I enjoyed their services and would continue renewing with them.

I was having problem setting up my email account on my phone. Thanks to Eric at Doteasy live chat support team. He is very patient and walked me through the entire process! Good to have a real human live chat support.

Great company, great website, great prices. I have multiple accounts with doteasy, and have been a customer for 8 years.

I tried to unlock my domain to transfer, they want $6.45 to unlock it!
They want another $6.45 to provide the AUTH code for transfer!
It is a scam. They should be in jail.
Stay Away from Doteasy.

Pretty easy but should have been able to use my data from prior domain registrations to populate tables

I logged in using my master account to but a new domain name. Then u ask me all my details again?
