Keeps me on schedule

Good app. It fits my needs

The plan just fits me.Prior the app I couldn't lose a pound mostly due to my chaotic lifestyle. Now I know exactly what I need to do, on eating window I can eat my most liked meals but I also incorporated new recipes into my routine. Would be great to had dark mode on the app as the bright colour are intense.

Food Tracker is Awful

I finally splurged on an app to help me lose weight and I picked a piece of junk. From their very limited food library to the way it is easily confused if you don't fast at the exact same time each day and how it screws up the logging, to the you gotta be kidding me I can't go back and add meals after the day is finished, but only edit ones that are there (meaning I can't change or add food) and finally to the not be able to include exercise, not only does it not sync but I cannot manually add it so my calorie count is adjusted.I'm being picky now but the descriptions they give you on how you feel after a fast are way limited. I mean they try, they have content, which I don't care about, from meals to workouts there are users who would benefit. I also wish the connection to my Apple Watch/health worked better. I always get a message that it could not be synced but to be fair that is in beta so here's to hoping they do better. I just feel like I could of done everything here on my fitness pal
For free and used notes to track my fasts. Whatever I paid for it and I'll use it but I wouldn't recommend unless you care about the content. It just feels very lazy and slapped together outside of the content. Be better guys.

Goal Accomplished!

The fitness plan they suggested didn't take into account my age and capability. One example, they suggested burpees in my first week! They wouldn't let me choose artilcles that would like foods they recommend, so that I could build meals from what is available where I live. The support tried to be helpful, but they were limited too. The scale they sent didn't work, when I sent it back asking for my money back, they sent me a new scale instead. I don't use the app anymore. So the scale does nothing for me. I wasted my time and energy and lost motivation in my frustration. It set me back at a time when I needed support. I don't think I'll ever try another of these programs again. They feel like a scam to me/

Thank you for your honest feedback! Talking about the articles, you can use the whole database in the app, and there are no limits on what you can use (we have more than 5000 recipes here). Furthermore, thank you for contacting us regarding the scales. According to our rules, you agreed to when purchasing, you are entitled to a refund for Smart Scale if the package is unopened and you return it within 14 days. If the box is opened, we only offer a replacement of a new Smart Scale, and this warranty is valid for 12 months. Feel free to reach us again if we can do something more about this. Overall I'm happy with the app because it allows me to track my fasting and meals. The only negative is that the when bar codes are scanned on foods, the nutrition information isn't always accurate and can't be updated. For instance, today I had a rice chips and it listed the carbs as 0.0 grams but the nutrition information on the package listed 20 grams of carbs (fat and protein were accurate). Also, calories were a little off. It would be nice to be able to edit nutrition information for foods that the bar codes can be scanned.

Where's my order

I paid for a bottle on the 12th and haven't heard anything back. You using a Delaware address but you shipping from another country and I never would've purchased seems like a scam to me

It's ok, but needs work.

The water app is slow in response. When you try delete the amount entered because it duplicates it wouldn't. It won't delete only allows to edit.

Wish you could adjust the suggested calories per meal. I don't eat 3 meals and 1 snack and hate seeing it say I over eat but within my daily calories.

Can't adjust nutrition or fasting from previous day. So if you forget you have to manually readjust your fasting hours.

Refund runaround

I did not know when I paid for a trial with PayPal that it would be an automatic recurring payment. As soon as I see it I said it was not my intention and requested a refund. After finally hearing back from them they kept asking for this than that. After 5 or 6 emails back and forth I was told I could only get 50% of my payment back. Even though I never once used the app. I had only wanted to purchase the supplement. I did not care to use the app. Absolute garbage customer service. Beware!

Hi this works but only at a basic level, unless you have an Apple Watch. I have a Garmin. The calorie counter is next to useless and if you can't input your exercise either it makes it an app that is simply a stopwatch. Disappointing as I now use 3 apps when I thought this would do it all. My calorie counter is much more user friendly and easy to understand. The exercise app on garmin obvs much more detailed.

An Eager Faster

App needs an update

I find this app rather difficult to use. The food choices are very limited and difficult to understand. And adding water intake is very difficult to manipulate. There are other aspects of the app that I enjoy but sometimes it feels ponderous to use.

Disappointed

The app does nothing more than time your fasts. The articles are generic and not updated. The calorie counting is hard to use - rather than just counting an item, it measures everything in grams. It is nothing like the ads shown on facebook.

I was expecting more for the money. It is a simple tracker for the most part, and there are other free options. I choose this as I thought it would give more. The recipes seemed great at first glance, but then you notice that there are no measurable amounts listed for the spices especially, which are essential to making the dish a success. I was hoping for more workout options/information or feedback on how to really be more successful. Like I said, it's a simple tracker, and for me, not worth the cash I paid for it.

Mixed feelings

Tracking the start & end time of my fasting is great. Tracking water intake is fine but, it does not allow me to at a 16.9 bottle of water. The other problem, this is the big one for me. Trying to add my meals is a huge pain in the A**. I was using NOOM before this and food entering is so much easier. I have to do a lot of guessing in your app. I have wasted a lot of time with this so I gave up on that part of the app. I do my best to eat right. Please make entering meals a bit easier. Thank you
