Be VERY careful ordering if you live in Canada. Although we have stores here, many of the items on the website are not eligible to be sent to Canada. I managed to place an order for a personalized throw along with 100.00 US of other goods.
Drove to US today to pick up. THEY DID NOT SPELL MY DAUGHTER'S NAME correctly!
Now, the one I ordered is out of stock. I ended up having to order a different one AND I have to drive back to US to get it! Disney offered NO compensation what so ever. SO unhappy.
I placed an order with Disney.com and over a week later it had not been shipped. I called to cancel and oh what a surprise, they can't cancel the order. They said that it is being shipped from an outside vendor, so they can't cancel it. They were no help whatsoever.
The order will be returned without being opened. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
I ordered a gift card for my daughter--she's going to Disney World and I though it'd be nice to give her a little extra spending money. I wanted it in time for Easter, so I looked at their page that stated what dates you needed to order by, depending on shipping method. I paid $15 extra for 2-day shipping. Well, I never got a shipping confirmation, so I called them, and was told gift cards take an extra 3-4 days to process. NOWHERE ON THEIR SHIPPING SCHEDULE DOES IT SAY THIS! So, obviously, I won't have my order in time for Easter. Will NEVER order from them again.
"Horrible experience ordering online. I ordered 2 personalized books from the website. I ordered them on November 17. I completely understand that they are personalized so they will take a little time to produce. The website said 3-4 weeks. Plenty of time to have by Christmas, I thought. On November 29 I got notice that my card had been charged and my items had shipped and my order was closed. Amazing! I thought. That was quick. So here we are, December 11 and I still haven't received the items. I called to ask for a tracking number or anything to see if it's lost in the mail. They don't have one. They told me I'm within the 3-4 week window so I can't even file a missing item. December 17 will be too late to have these in time for Christmas. I'm not so much upset at the time frame if the items do indeed show up, but it's ridiculous that the item has "shipped" two weeks ago and I STILL don't have it. I'm totally upset and the "magical" people answering the phone can do nothing to help. I will never order from Disney store online again!"

I purchased gift cards a month ago and have not received them yet. Called you and still got no satisfaction. Very Very Disappointed. Will Never order from you again or will anyone in my family
The prices here are a bit over the top, i don't usually shop here but it's worth having a look at. Once got a gift for my niece and she truly happy, the quality of items is good.

I bought a sweatshirt and a T-shirt through DisneyStore.com on October 4th. The promise of delivery at my hotel in New York was October 11. Exactly what I needed, because I would travel back to Brazil on this date.
I received orders from Amazon and Walgreens, made in the same day, with no surprises.
But my Disney order...
The delivery date was changed to October 13, then "reduced" to October 12, when I would be in Brazil.
Ok, let's call customer service.
"Orders placed after noon are only counted the following day." There is nothing anywhere on DisneyStore.com that says it to the consumer.
"Could not you call the carrier and personally go get the box?" Yes, the attendant made me this proposal: stop visiting the city that you came to tour and spend hours behind an inefficient Disney delivery.
"There is a carrier's warning regarding Hurricane Irma and Harvey." I replied that I placed orders on 2 other sites and these arrived in order and even before the promised date. One of them uses the same carrier as Disney... Curious, right?
Well, I imagine Disney will not worry about a consumer who has lost $ 100 in a purchase with them because they have millions of other customers who pay what Disney asks to have their goods.
What I do know is that, if possible, I do not buy anything from Disney, mostly at DisneyStore.com.
Ordering from Canada - you pay for the products in USD, you can add another 25%+ for Shipping & Handling also in USD - then you get held up for ransom by UPS who wants another 45 - 50% of the value of your purchase for "brokerage fees". If you live in Canada you can just about double the price. I will never order from a site that ships via UPS - they are way too expensive!
I was excited to be able to order my wife's favorite Disney characters at the on-line Disney Store. I ordered on a Thursday evening 5pm EST. They immediately put a hold on the funds when I placed the order. Normally that is not a big deal except I received no email verification of the order except on my credit card statement. 4 days later (Monday) I called to check on the status. Call said 10 minute wait time. I was on hold for 44 minutes. The person that answered was totally unprofessional. "dude", "What's up", "I have no idea, I just work here". He finally told me the item was still waiting to be boxed up and shipped and I would have to wait... REALLY?
I finally received an email at 5pm Wednesday night that part of the order had shipped and again today (Thursday) that the rest had shipped but the UPS Ground labels show label created that's it. 5 Business days... 1 full week and the items still have not shipped, no way in a lump of grumpy coal will these items make it before Christmas... I will never shop at this store again...
They need to change their name to "WISH"... The USA version...
Two times now I've placed orders at midnight to get the collectible keys I have it on my receipt I was to receive them both times my orders have come in completely wrong with stuff that isnt even worth $1 I call to get my orders fixed and of course everything I ordered is now sold out and no key will be sent in replacement because they sold out which I don't understand why I am at fault for them messing my entire order up not once but twice
I had 3 items in my "shopping cart" on disney.com and when I went to buy the items, they were no longer there - all 3 gone! It would be nice if they let you know when items are being deleted...
I'd give no stars if it were possible. No confirmation number was sent and 1 of 2 of my shipment was lost and the other damaged. Items are NOT packaged well. NEVER AGAIN DISNEY. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER.

Called numerous time and could not get through... when I did and tried to order over the phone, it took the "cast member" 20 minutes to fill out addresses and order, then it took ten more minutes before she got to my credit card number... I gave up

If I could i wouldput 5 negative stars! I placed my order November 23rd 2020, Today is December 11th 2020 I still have not received my child's gift for Christmas! I check the status of my order and I see the count down disney store is doing to these poor people you are not going to get your presents before christmas they r lieing to you! My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday but they rescheduled it for December 15th I guess we will see if it gets sent to my house or not I just hope it comes before Christmas!
I purchased an item online using my debit card. At no time was I made aware that my account would incur an additonal authorization charge of equal value, not even in the confirmation email I received. It was not until I checked my account and found that I had gone into overdraft and was charged $36, did I discover why. I contacted customer service and was made to feel as if it was my own fault that I did not have the funds to cover the total of the purchase AND the authorization fee. I guess since I don't have as many zeros in my account as Disney, I was looked down on. It would make more sense to me that consumers be notified PRIOR to the final purchase of this policy, not instructed to look at the fine print hidden within the website after the fact. It seems like it would be super easy to make this disclosure known via a pop-up or something during the purchase process, especially given the number of negative reviews I see here related to this same issue. Why purposefully continue to deceive buyers? I will not ever be purchasing from them again and am hopeful that this review helps someone else.
Answer: Yes you should be, their normal processing time is 15-25 business day before they ship their products to you. The items may even come separately in later time.
Answer: My advice is to NOT do business with Disney.com. I tried to cancel my order after a few days and they refused to cancel. This order showed up FIVE WEEKS after I ordered it.
