Don't do it
August 13, 2020

Placed an order for my daughters book bag and lunch box for school on July 15th and it never arrived even though it said 4-7 days. Today is August 13th and my order is still processing. Very time I try to contact them they tell me the same thing that it ships in 4-7 days and some items may be delayed. They said they can't cancel my order. It's been a month since I placed my order!

I had 2 Disney gift cards from a promotion $250 worth of giftcards. I went onto their website and ordered some merch, and they requested I entered a credit card just in case. Well guess what, they didn't charge the gift cards and they charged my credit card. Their reasoning either 1. The gift card had a zero balance (no, I checked it from their website) 2. It had been used before (seriously, what antiquated system are you using that I have to spend $250 gift cards in one shot) 3. It doesn't work on their site (yes, I received 2 cards and the first one I used for earlier purchases). I truly believe Disney is getting hammered by the economy and they've made their money off the gift cards already, so now they are charging people. How illegal can a company get? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

Order no where to be seen

Used this service have no faith in their customer care emailed after no dispatch email received they advised me to wait a couple of days. Waited no delivery or dispatch emailed them again to be told it hasn't been dispatched. Unsure why I was waiting a couple of days for something to arrive that had not been dispatched they should have known this. Was advised they would dispatch and send me an email again the days passed no dispatch email. Emailed them again to which they assured me I would have my order in time for a birthday. Day before the birthday still no delivery so now I am attempting to cancel my order. Strongly advise do not order from Disneys on-line store they are useless

No problems at all

I read all the bad reviews on here and was worried. But everything was fine. Received the entire order in about a week. Everything was just as advertised. I had no problems at all. I was however only allowed to use my disney rewards card and a credit card. Could not also use the disney gift card I had... but that is okay.

I am not fortunate to have a local Disney store, so I figured I would order a few things I was looking for online.
I only spent about $30 on merchandise but the shipping was $25. I was okay with that as boarding a Ferry to the closest Disney Store would cost more than $25.

Boy was I wrong, It didn't take long to get my package, but right away it was hit with a $25 Duty.
So you're telling me that it was basically $50 to ship 4 items?
That's ridiculous, oh and not to mention my items were all squished in the box.

Please just change the shipping method.

Terrible service
December 17, 2014

Terrible service. I ordered over 10 days ago and they can't tell me when they will get to my order. They don't care about the customer. I have ordered from about 10 other websites on the same day or after and I have already gotten the merchandize. I used to get items from them every year, not again.

Don't Do Disney Online!

I WISH I would've read these reviews before shopping at the Disney Store online. The customer service people were nice. It's their shipping department that clearly has TONS of issues. I placed an order on 12/8/15 for Christmas. I received notification that it was shipped today and I should receive it Christmas Eve by the end of the day. Really? So disappointed. This was NOT a magical experience and I will NEVER order from Disney online again.

I ordered 2 giftcards ($100) each on 12/15 for Christmas gifts. Rec'd an email on 12/17 that during the order process, one of the gift cards was processed and the other cancelled. I will need to reorder the other gift card. I authorized a payment on 12/15 for $200... they will issue a refund of $100 within 14 days. So they want me to wait 14 days for my money and I need to place a separate order to get the other $100 gift card. Customer service is a joke. I don't want a refund... I want 2 TWO gift cards ($100 each) delivered to my house for Christmas. I don't want 1 and then order another. I've been promised a supervisor would call me and have yet to receive that. Christmas is in just a few days and all I want is a flipping gift card that I paid for delivered. No shipping confirmation can be provided... DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT ORDER FROM DISNEY.COM!

I ordered an item with plenty of time and was informed via email 3 weeks later and a week before Christmas that my order was cancelled due to invalid billing information. When I called to find out why they didnt try to contact me to get correct information (phone number was incorrect), they couldn't give me a reason. So they were able to contact me to notify me of the cancellation, but not to correct my personal data? Never ordering from them again. And the customer service rep was very inconsiderate.

Very Frustrating
September 25, 2015

All I wanted to know was why a gift card I had ordered was taking over a week to process, and hadn't shipped yet. I needed the gift card by a certain date and wanted to make sure it would get to me in time. A simple issue turned into a larger one due to very poor customer service. I received so many copied and pasted responses from various people who obviously hadn't even bothered to read my emails and weren't remotely interested in answering my questions or giving me any kind of help specific to my order. I greatly regret ordering from the site, and am going to consider contesting the charges on my credit card in order to cancel the purchase.

When I tried to place my order online, the site would not allow me to have a separate mailing address and billing address which is a necessity as I am sending to my granddaughter for her birthday. So I call customer service, and they apologize saying they are having some issues with their Internet site. They take my order over the phone, and tell me I can track the order online. WRONG! When you click the link to track the order you get a page telling you that the page you requested does not exist. This is ridiculous! Never again will I order from the Disney Store. From now on, it is Amazon all the way.

I placed and order on 3/18/13 and received notification that it shipped on 3/20. On 3/31, I called to investigate where my items were and they told me that my items were lost and that I could no longer receive any of the items because they were no longer in stock. All they did for my troubles, which mind you was not even to notify me that they lost my items, was tell me they will e-mail me a $20 coupon for a future order. Completely unacceptable way to handle a business and I would recommend never shopping on the website!

Frankly speaking i would rather buy from Disney store, at least I know, I would buy a real one,
I had an xcellent service from them so far. Order arrived as what they says it will.
This time of course my order has not arrived. But it was not there fault. It was Hermes fault, because probably the Hermes driver Connot be bothered to deliver my item.
The Disney store quickly reply my email.and refund my money without me asking for it yet.
I would recommend to shop at Disney store.

I ordered three $500 Gift Cards online from the Disney Store on November 4,2016. I requested 'Express Shipping' on all three items. They were shipped on the same day, but only one arrived on time. I was forced to call Guest Services approximately five times in search of the remaining 2 gift cards. One of the remaining cards showed up 4 days late while the last card has still not arrived at my house. I had to call UPS to initiate an investigation today, Nov 16th, in an attempt to locate the last undelivered card. Disney Store Guest Services has repeatedly ignored my requests for assistance over these past 3 days. I'm very disappointed as these cards are Christmas gifts to be used with my family's intent to travel from Kansas City to Anaheim, CA to go to Disneyworld for 5 days. I DO NOT plan order again from this company again. Please take my advice and do the same.

I placed an order on 12/11 for several Christmas gifts for my children and nieces. I ordered 13 items and received 6 of them before Christmas. Oddly, I received the personalized items and not the non-personalized ones. I attempted to track my order, however because it was a split shipment it only showed me the shipped items. I tried to view my purchases on the Disneystore.com website and it said I didn't have any? When I sent the customer service a message (this was after Christmas and AFTER I had to make additional gift purchases because I didn't receive the ones ordered before Christmas) they told me it was already shipped and I should receive today (Tuesday, December 27). I do not need these items anymore. I didn't get them in the appropriate time and had to spend MORE money to buy alternative gifts. I should have read the online reviews. I hope others will too. I will NOT be buying from Disney again.

Okay, so the Disney store itself is fine. The site? Horrible. First off, it took forever to place an order because their site kept crashing on me. Then after placing the order they gave me a broken tracking number. I waited a week for my stuff to come and nothing happened. I called them up and their comment was "Are you sure the tracking number is broken?" Yes I'm sure the number is broken.

So after finally convincing them the number didnt work they deemed my item as lost and sent it again. Well now I have my stuff coming again, only it's never getting here. They reported that package as lost again! 2 packages! In 2 weeks! They said they'd send it again but I told them to just cancel it. Then they told me it could take over a week to get my money back! I'm really frustrated and they are not making my life any easier by losing my item twice. And the worst part is it's now sold out in the stores so I can't even get what I wanted anymore. Thanks a lot disneystore.com.

I ordered an item and made a request that it be in one of the two colors available. I was told they can't take requests, ok fine. She then said that if the wrong color arrived, then they would be more than happy to work on an exchange with me. Well, surprise surprise the wrong color came so I called immediately as this is a birthday present for my son and was told I could exchange the product at my own expense, but there still wouldn't be any guarantee that I would get the right one on a second attempt. I emailed guest services directly and explained the situation and why it was so important that I receive the right one. I was told to exchange it or buy it in a store to get the right one. Geez, you don't think I tried that?! It's not in the stores. She then emailed me back telling me how simple it is to exchange/return items... nothing more. Disney claims to go above and beyond but this corporation is a joke.

I recently ordered online at the Disney online store. The package came in a timely manor with only one minor problem, it was missing half of the items! When contacting the Guest Services I was informed that the items I was missing could not be replaced, but they would give me a $15 online gift card to "fix" the problem. That's great! EXCEPT the item I bought was $15 BEFORE Tax, Personalization, and S&H. When I called to get answers I was told they would waive the S&H and give me the same deal on personalization so I would not have to repay all of that. GREAT! I can even use that online store credit! Except I don't have the number to the card as it has yet to come in my inbox. I ask if I can call again when I have the card number and am told "The next agent you get might not give you the same thing."... I'm sorry, what? I PAID for this once already, Why should I have to pay again!? I will not shop here again.

Ordering is easy. After that, radio silence from Disney. No shipping info for 10 days. Called them 3 times but they basically can't do anything. Got tracking number but no scheduled delivery date after 2nd call. Only got an email about delay in shipment as items were out of stock after 3rd call. And I still haven't gotten my items 11 days after placing my order. Worst online order ever ever ever.
