Hi everyone! I recently had an issue with my Groupon that I purchased for 1 hardcover book to Dinkleboo. I just wanted to let you all know that if you send an email to their help they will respond to you. It may take a day or two but they will get back to you. Groupon did not put in the dashes that Dinkleboo sent them in order for the groupon to work. I sent an email to customer service and they sent me a new code to use. I have been seeing so many negative comments on here but you have to contact them and be patient. With the holidays they have had a lot of orders. I hope this helps!
I was dumb and bought their group on for a custom snow globe
It came in, very late and with the wrong name!
Now I cannot get anyone to get back with me or get thru to them.

The books are wonderful. I've ordered 4 so far. Just last week I ordered another. I paid full price but saw it on sale 2 days later. I wrote to company to see if sale price could be given, and they did! I look forward to getting more stories in the future. I'm now the best gramma!

Bought from groupon and order some set of label. Every time I check the status, it said downloading. It been four week and I have contact them several of time but never reply. Don't buy anything from this company

First and foremost I am extremely thankful that you have a understanding staff. Angelina has helped so much. I too love the chat bar because I was at work and really can't always get on the phone.
Angelina help expedite my blanket that I created for my boyfriend who is in the Navy. He deploys sometime this month. The standard shipping would have been too late for him to receive. I wouldn't have been able to send it to him either. She went above and beyond and found a solution.
Just recently my boyfriend won full custody of his two daughters and just before Christmas too! This is the first deployment of having custody so I know it will be hard, especially being away for Fathers Day and just wanted him to have something special to remember home. I bought two groupons deals for the personalised books about a month ago. I have tried about twenty time to order the books with both codes and it keeps saying the codes are not valid! Tried emailing your company twice and no response. Terrible customer service. Tried live chat and spoke with Gracie who advised there was a problem and she would activate the codes. Guess what happened? Nothing. The codes are still not valid and no one will help. So frustrated. Such a waste of money.

I messed up and ordered the wrong book. LaQuita was very helpful in helping me order the correct book and also worked to refund my wrong purchase.

I received an email from Amanda King stating my labels were returned to them. My home address was the same for credit card payment (for shipping charges) and for shipping, however, they said I would need to give another address! I sent them email but waiting for reply, ended up disputing charge through paypal, credit card company and groupon.

Hi must firstly admit that I placed an order in 2015 and found the site clunky and slow.

The products are great and the customer service is awesome. I ordered 5 of the children's books for my grandchildren and I really like that you can preview the book in it's entirety prior to submitting the order and that tells me that they care about the products they sell and that way you know exactly what you're buying. I made a mistake on one of my books and customer service rep Leigh worked with me and helped me so much to get it right. I don't have my books yet but the preview tells me that I will be very happy with them

I ordered some fabulous books from Dinkleboo and through no fault of the company they never arrived. However, once I contacted them to let them know that I did not receive them, Jessica was back to me in literally minutes and could not of helped me enough. I was offered a refund or the option to reorder the books and once I confirmed that i wanted to reorder i once again had the order confirmation within minutes. Last holiday season I found Dinkleboo on facebook and took a chance at getting personalized books for 6 of my grandkids. They loved them. Rather than buy candy for Halloween this year 3 of them got books. I returned again because of the quality and the quick delivery. I have to say the Unicorn book this year was my all time favorite. All the kids loved it but especially my little grand who loves unicorns and her little sister loved that she was the unicorn that got hurt. It made her feel special too. I would definitely recommend this company for quality, value and delivery.

I love the labels, they make labeling school supplies so easy. My sons are age 14, 11, 8, and 7. There was a great variety of labels so my boys were able to pick out which ones they liked. I will be a returning customer and I have already referred family and friends.

I ordered a book on 27/11/2015 with a delivery date the day before Christmas. I followed up on the delivery and they had no processed my order. I requested a refund and they said they could arrange that but it would be a refund through PayPal. I advised I paid for the item on my credit card and wanted the refund there as I do not have a PayPal account and when you purchase on their website you can either pay by credit card or PayPal. They then sent me an email with instructions to sent up a PayPal account so they could refund. I can now kiss good bye my $45.98 and lets just say I have one disappointed child as they really wanted a Christmas book (that was promised to them) with their name in the story for Christmas
Hello Val - My apologies that your order did not process. I'm not certain of the reason for that. If you used vouchers for your order that were purchased from a deal company we would not have taken your payment and therefore would not be able to return money back to your credit card that we had not collected. Your choices would be to go back to the deal company for a refund if you no longer wanted to pursue the order or we would have to do a money send to you via PayPal.
If the ordered failed to process there would not have been shipping charges collected from us but if there had been we would of course reverse those charges as we would have collected that payment directly.
At any rate, you are not out the $46 that you paid if you have not received a product from us. I will private message you to see if I can assist.

Ordering from Dinkleboo is easy! The personalized book that I ordered arrived quickly and was excellent quality. When I attempted to order another book my coupon code did not work. I contacted Dinkleboo and they responded quickly and helped correct the problem. Wonderful quality products. Terrific service!

I ordered 4 personalized books for my grandchildren for Christmas. I cannot wait to give them to them. The books have a great story and include their name and names of others of your choosing. You can preview the whole book before you buy. I bought a toy that goes with each story. Great job Dinkleboo!

The shipping was much faster than anticipate and the price was very reasonable. The website was so user-friendly; it was easy to navigate and not overwhelming with too many options, yet had a wide array of very diverse options. I bought five books for our godchildren, daughter, and nephew. I will be returning for even more Christmas gifts.

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
