I ordered 2 picture fleecy blankets as Christmas presents and let's just say what arrived was far from a fleecy blanket. They are just like a square bit of extra material that must have been lying around and it won't even cover my 6 year old cousin. A disgrace and a waste of money. Very upset that I spent roughly €50 on 2 presents and now they cannot be used. Very disapppinting.
I went online this morning to place my order using the Mother's Day discount code. As I placed my order I realized the discount code had expired 2 days previous. I sent an email to Dinkleboo to see if they had any other code I could use. Within 4 hours, they had replied and gave me a discount code that was even better than the one I tried to use before. I will definitely place more orders with this company! (This was my second order.)

I was prepared for these to take a while to ship. It was the start of the school year and I had purchased a deal through Groupon. I was pleasantly surprised that I received them on the lower end of the delivery date guesstimate. High quality labels and my son loved personalizing his. Will buy again

I ordered 4 personalized bags from this company. These did not come in a reasonable amount of time or for when I needed them. It took them 13 days to even process the payment. Then they blamed me (the customer) for there slow process. Below is from Dinkleboo's customer service:

I ordered name labels for back to School and was very happy with the product. I brought these on a Facebook promotion and had not heard of DinkleBoo before but there are really good and delivery was quick. I think from time of order I had the labels in 7 days.

The name labels we ordered came quickly and were true to image on site. Very happy. The mini labels ate the perfect size for labeling food containers for lunch bags, mittens, pretty much anything. We haven't used them on clothes that get washed regularly though.

The name label stickers (both rectangle and round ones) are great quality and super cute! They stick well to objects without coming off if you follow the directions and I love that they are dishwasher safe!

I ordered for the first time and I was so impressed with my dinkleboo book that I had to order another. My great granddaughter thought it was so cool that her name was in it. You just have to check out their site. Their prices are very reasonable and they have an assortment of books for all ages.

I ordered 5 books from this company for my grandchildren for Easter. I ordered the hard covered ones because I wanted to be assured that they would hold up better as a keepsake over the years for them! The books are beautiful! I love the personalized story for them! I also looked for a better price which I found, totalling $15.00 each, that is for the hardcover! It is $6.00 cheaper for paperback! Other company's charge around $25- $30 for their books, so I feel the price I got was very good in comparison! I would definitely recommend ordering from this company! The service was quick and I actually received them sooner than expected!

Site was easy to use. Basic picture uploading and sizing but the price and quality was better than I was expecting! I am very happy and satisfied with my whole experience. I purchased a blanket for my daughters return from her Mission and was able to put her mission information and 12 pictures from her 18 months. She is going to love it! The pictures came out clear and beautiful.

I ordered 4 books for my grandchildren. The kids loved reading stories about themselves. One book had dark writing on a dark background and was hard to read to the kids at night. (I can't remember the book but it had piranhas in it.) Also, I would have liked a different animal instead of a piranha for little kids. The other 3 books that I ordered, were perfect.

I ordered 3 personalized books on nov 2. I understand the 21 day shipping policy but as of dec 6th still have not recoeved my order. Christmas is coming soon and after sending 2 emails and trying to get I. Touch with them, still no response. I love he idea of personalized children's books but not for this much hassle.

They advertise the books for $9.99 but once you start ordering all the "extra" fees come into play that were never mentioned. $7.00 extrs for a hard cover... really? Are children's books not supposed to be hard covered? I know if I go into a book store in the children's section the books are all hard covered but here they want to charge you extra for it. Then we move onto the "half off" code, Which isn't even really a discount at all because if I use the code my book price jumps from$9.99 to $39.99 so if you do the math there is no half off, the price actually goes up. I'm just not impressed with the schemes to trick us into ordering thier books

Based off of your post it sounds like you must have ordered the small blanket. We do have three sizes available for purchase and each definitely serves a specific purpose. In just about all of the ads we run the following sizes should be available: 75x100cm (30" x 40") Small Blanket, 112x150cm (45" x 60") Medium Blanket and the 135x180cm (54" x 72") Large Blanket. I'm sorry you did realize what size the small blanket would actually be when you placed your order. The small blanket is perfect for children to snuggle with and to take on the go. I really like mine to take in the car or to sit on when I go to sporting events. But certainly if you want to cover up completely or use it for napping or sleeping the medium size is going to be much more suitable and I think it is only about $10 more and double the size. I will private message you to see if I can perhaps assist you in ordering a larger size.
