This is a beautiful bag. I have watched so many videos online to see if this bag looks like the real one. Emily was great with responding to my questions and address all my concerns. As for shipment, the bag took 2 days to process and only 3 days to get to me. I think they shipped during the weekend to make sure the bag gets to me before Thanksgiving, which was really nice of them. The bag smells like real leather when I first opened the box, and, as of now, I dont have any complaints! I think that you need to know what you are buying with them as some items are not as good with others but I lucked out with my purchase.

PS. This is size medium but it is smaller than I expected. However, I still think it fits my petite figure perfectly.

They told me after picking up my money that the items are not good quality and to select something else. I selected other items and have not heard back from them. They took my money and have stopped responding. I am really upset.

Update - I finally started getting a response at webchat and I was told my items will be shipped in perfect quality... the women told me they are very busy at this time... looking forward to getting my items now. Will do another update once I reciece my items..

My initial order was for a Gucci Ghost tote, however, that was not in stock (even though they did not tell me that prior to sending money). Instead I asked for the Gucci Soho hobo, and all I can say is it was stunning! It took about three weeks from placing my order to delivery, but it was well worth the wait. I will definitely be buying from them again, because this replica bag looks and feels just like the real thing. You will not be disappointed, and it came in a beautiful designer box, with a shopping bag, and packed great too! Thank you Designer Discreet, from a very pleased customer.

Bought a ysl Kate monogram. Looked legit. Wore it one time just to go to dinner and took the train home and the tassle was gone, it fell. I paid $400 for this purse and expected a little more than some glue holding the tassle in place. When I contacted customer service they said I can have it repaired but have to pay for shipping both ways. I checked and it'll be around $70. So $70 more dollars to send to china for their factory to glue on the tassle. Probably won't even see it for a month + Then when I said this to them they said I must have pulled it hard they don't understand why it fell. Shouldve just saved for the real thing. Told them I'm tossing the purse in the trash.

I took one star off for shipping problems. Purse was mailed within a couple of days of payment but the tracking number I received showed the purse was at the Chinese post office for weeks and it never updated. I contacted customer service and they said it was held up in customs. After 6 weeks it showed up on my doorstep. It had a different tracking number than the one they sent me so Im not sure if they reshipped me another purse or if there was some mix up. Either way I have it now and I love it. To me it looks exactly like pictures of the real one I found on the YSL website. Dimensions are the same. Leather looks the same and smells real. Details like chain, logo and snaps all look like the real one. Packaging was really nice too. Overall Im very happy with my purchase. I will buy more purses from them but I hope the shipping is a bit quicker next time.

Both my bags arrived, the gucci dionysus was really nice. But the LV capucines, quality seems quite low for the price of over $500! Some loose threading... did not come with a strap when the authentic always does. Not happy about this at all... on top of that, I have been messaging Emily on her we chat... NO RESPONSE! Now I'm worried because I'm expecting another bag, have not received tracking for over a week now and again Emily is not responding to my messages.

Emily pls respond to messages, I have spent too much hard earned money for you to not be responding to my messages!

To be honest, I'm pretty sure there are sellers out there with similar or better quality for less money... designer discreet is most definitely not 1:1 this is my second order and the first order also had issues...

Really impressed with the overall quality of DD. Originally ordered a pink Chloe Drew but the edging was wrong (black instead of grey), which was my fault as it was shown in the picture but I didn't really spot it until I'd received it. Emily allowed me to return the bag and I ordered the same bag in a different colour that was more accurate.
I've since ordered another bag after that, and I am impressed with both.

I think they are very accurate to the real deal, and I've found Emily to be helpful, courteous, polite and quick to respond to any questions I ask her.

I would 100% recommend, and I will definitely be buying again.

I ordered a Gucci Marmont and Gucci Dionysus. I must say that the Dionysus was good but the Marmont one has a lot of defects! Glue coming off. The handles are not sewn properly as well as the sides of the bags which keep it together has a couple of loose threads. I messaged Emily and all she told me that the few loosely sewn stitches will not affect on how I use my bag. I suppose I expected for it to be at-least well made considering the price of 445 USD. Will not order again and learned my lesson not to trust easily.
