I was able to renew my yearly DAZ+ with a sweet discount which simply means I paid less for more goodies and discounts for the entire year. I'll take that, thank you very much.
As you can see from my account, I buy a ton of stuff - but everything is so expensive now, and sales are non-existent. No March Madness sale this year. It's unfortunate, and it honestly makes me sad.
I am disappointed at the lack of characters getting released for genesis 9 male, the themed bundles are meh lately and it seems like your choice of product is fairly random.
Overall, I like shopping here. Sometimes I need too much time to choose between products, but I see that site is improving, so hopefully it will be easier from now on.
My experience would be better if(since I'm new to daz) If the creators make it clear in the description exactly what the pack includes. For example, hair, poses, clothes, avatar.
Looking for the articles in the shop takes too long. More filtering options would be appreciated. More straight forward discounts and not a game "of is my token valid?"
1.
Please remove the locked banner (product-top-banner) on top of the product pages. It is very wasteful in terms of screen real estate and leaves hardly any space to watch the actual product on smaller screens if you cant go fullscreen (F11) with your browser.

I noticed the update of many products via dim. Appreciated. However some products do not have resolved issues (e.g. 42077) I'd like to know why the update and what's changed.
While I am greatful for freebies, But stuff for old models and things from the RDNA gene pool are old and moldy. It would be nice to get more modern sets, than rehashed older stuff that should be vaulted by now.
I hate to be that guy (because the discount is still tremendous) but I do wish that 68% + an additional 15% for 2 or more items had actually added up to 83% off instead of 73% off as charged.
I had over $600.00 in sale items in my cart and was trying to pay for them when the prices changed and the sale ended. This sucks. I was waiting for this sale and spent a few hours shopping only to have the sale end on me and the prices changed WHILE I WAS PAYING.
I seldom experience issues with placing the orders. My issues occur when I am either looking for a specific item and cannot refine the search enough, or getting some items to work in Studio.
I'm glad you finally updated your site so that when logging in, it doesn't automatically take you to your account page which made me have to often re-find the item I was looking at.
I love many of your products, but the price increases affect people... Ive noticed things that were $4 to $6 a couple of years ago are now closer to $10... thats a big increase.
From daz 3d i am extremely satisfied you have a lot of stuff here and the free animation program it's great although a few things here error but i won't change it anymore
Shopping and paying is very easy. The rare times there is a mistake it was always handled quickly and at my total satisfaction. Please continue like this.
I am using DAZ3D intensively as well as physical model making for use in my professionally published graphic novels. It is economical easy to use and fun!
Your selling website is improving, and that's a really good thing.
There's still some kind of confusion between G8 & G8.1.
Per my opinion, Jefferson AF products are really subpar compared to other publishers Martin J Frost, Howie Farkes a really top notch creator or even Predatron or Prestyakov
This has gone on for years now. If someone is honest in the forums, that corporate shill, Haseltine, makes excuses for Daz and makes the problem the customers fault. We're not stupid...we see this. I was very honest and got banned from the forums. You still let me buy stuff but won't let me take part in discussions?! This is what drives people to other venues (RenderHub), other forums, Discord servers and ultimately the pirate sites. There's a few disgruntled content artists in many of these venues and what they tell us is not good.
Your foray into NFTs was bluntly stupid and bound to fail, which it has. G9 isn't needed. What IS needed is a Studio 5 that works! Get rid of Haseltine and have the guts to face criticism and respond honestly. This entire hobby is going to change (and has already started) and you (and Rendo and R'otica) won't be a part of it. Did you know that there's a group making a Blender front-end for Daz content which will completely replace Studio? We can't wait for that one.
LOVE DAZ, been a customer/prime member for almost 20 years. One thing I would LOVE to see, 3D Printables. I've been using DAZ characters to print in my Resin Printer (they work GREAT). A lot of the outfits don't work for printing. This is a HUGE new up and coming market. You guys need to get in it and ask your creators to rig things like clothes, shoes etc that will print.
Answer: You get 3 free transfers then there is a cost to upgrade to unlimited. I found a much better program FaceGen Artist Pro. It's pricey at $139 but gives much better results than the built in face transfer.
Answer: Daz has a free transfer program on their website for blender, maya and many more. Works good!
Answer: No, Daz Studio does animation. You will render your animation series.
Answer: Daz3D will not read those files, as they are just text. However, the files can be "rendered" as an image, for use within Daz3D. Or, if you are asking about the other side of things, Daz3D can render images or video, which can be used along with your presentations. Both of those formats you mention, do not normally include "video formats". Neither of them are "image formats". PDF is just a text layout format for printing pages. MS-Word is just a text-formatting program, for use with printing too, for direct display in MS-Word, or on printed paper. However, it can export in other formats. (Not to be confused with "Word pad".) If you can put the words on an image, in any form, they can be used within Daz3D, for display. However, Daz does not have any form of "text-rendering code", to convert text into 3D objects.
Answer: When you register with the website, you will be given a code that is entered for you. If that fails, for whatever reason, you can go to your profile page and locate all "license codes", used to activate all the free items which may need them. (Or the paid programs, if you buy them.)
Daz3D has a rating of 3.6 stars from 1,447 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with Daz3D most frequently mention good experience, customer service and high quality. Daz3D ranks 2nd among Graphic Design sites.
