Both brothers running this agency are professional Liars and have been successful in scamming people so far. They are a expert talkers and wil talk their way out of any situation by putting the blame on someone else. If they will not find anything they will say be patient as Hajj is a mushaqqat. What a Joke these people are!
I don't know where to start. If I can give zero, I would have done that,
First I chose them and picked the two weeks Madina First Silver Package. They booked me on a 20 days trip. I had to beg my employer for extra vacation time.
Minna tents were overcrowded and AC didn't work properly.
Women bathrooms were not enough, filthy and almost never cleaned during our five days stay.
3rd, their agent falsely assured me that the distance from Minna to Jamrat was about 30 mins back and forth. In reality, it was two hours round trip. Due to my illness, I had to pay 300 SR to be rolled back on a wheel chair the first day of Jamrat, and I had to proxy my husband to do it for me the other days. Forth.
In Mecca, I fell ill, called the group lead asking for a clinic information, No response, texted also no response. A roommate offered my some medicine killer, and I was lucky it worked.
Buses always late, not in the order of minutes, but in hours, 10+ hours in one instance.
To sum my experience, I would not recommend this Dawn Group to my worst enemy.
I went on a hajj in 2018 thru Dawn travels. I won't recommend their service to even my enemy. It was a disaster, a horrible experience. I trusted on the reviews but I was mistaken about reviews on Umera service vs. Hajj. Trust me, they are not worth even considering. Don't be trapped by the rosy marketing words. This company is not for any spritual services. Avoid, avoid and avoid.
I wish I could give it a zero star or a negative star. But they are lucky that I cannot.
Don't go to Hajj with dawn travel, don't do the same mistake I did, you will suffer to the point that you can't worship in peace.
Dawn Travels is not a good agency to go to Hajj with. Doesn't matter what package you choose with them. They will make you suffer that you would wish you never selected them. I do not think anyone who had performed Hajj with them once would even think about them again.
It is my obligation now to spread awareness to my fellow muslim brothers and sisters to stay away from these scammers.
They also run another agency with the same hajj packages, If I can find out one of them. Wonder how many more will be out there hidden.

This agency should be reported to human rights violation services and that's how bad they will treat you. They should be stripped of their Hajj license and banned.
I don't recommend dawn travel, first they applied application on wrong date later they ask for additional fee for correction although they agree its not my(customer) fault.
People need to understand that they are not going on a vacation. Pilgrimage is an act of worship, and in any act of worship, we will be tested. Whatever happen is part of our test. I enjoyed my hajj and Dawn Travels provided a great support in logistics. A bed was provided for my body to rest, and food was provided to recharge me for my daily worship. Alhamdulillah. I thank the staff for doing their best to accommodate me. I will definitely use their service for future reference.

Have been to Hajj, many times, but this year was my first with Dawn Travels. The procedure from the time of booking until we landed back at Jaddah airport was so smooth and well thought of. The organization did not leave a thing without considering all options and what is the most relaxed for the group.

After having a bad experience with other travel agencies, we found the Dawn Travels tourism company. Although they were new to us, but we took a risk and found ourselves on the safe side. I am very satisfied with the hajj 2014 I performed thanks to Dawn Travels. The food and beverages were obtained when needed and up to usual. The organized Imams talks were very significant and educating, I can honestly say I have a lot about hajj and about my faith afterwards. Generally, I would advise this operator again and if I ever wish to perform hajj again i will be using Dawn Travels.

They have friendly and professional staff here in the state as well in Makka. We were dealing with brother Abdul Samad, who was amazing. He made our journey very peaceful and convenient. I must speak that I have been to Saudia Arabia, so many times in my life, but this year first time with Dawn Travels for Hajj. There is no question that they are enormous people - very well organized journey, everything was pre-arranged, nice and awesome 5 star accommodation both Makkah and Madinah hotels, services was great during the whole trip.

I felt comfortable for most of the journey, took pleasure in speaking with the welcoming staff, and the felt that accommodations were attractive great.
