Designing the coin required a little bit of back and forth conversation. Our unit logo was a designer challenge. The people were easy to work with. We'll see how shipping goes.

I have been using this company for several years now and the product is high quality and the customer service is outstanding.

Design for back of coin looked great but the finished item is barely recognizable.
Perhaps it was too detailed.
Someone should have told me the design would not work well.
I would have gladly changed to make it right.
Your samples are all proofs, so I saw similar designs that looked good. I suspect the real coins were like mine.
You should show actual finished products.

Overall, good. Quality of the first batch of coins was great! Looking forward to this second order! The one thing I would suggest is person to person interaction, even if it's just a follow-up email that's not auto-generated.
