Purchased a bike in early June. Still have not received it. They gave me a ups number that says they have no package with the tracking number. It's terrible!
I bought exercise bike on may 25 2020. I still have not received it. UPS lost the package and Credvita won't send me a replacement nor a refund.
Ordered an exercise apparatus - website states it ships in 1-2 days. Upon contacting them, they state it could arrive 18-35 days from date of my inquiry (5 days after order confirmation). Their response said "refer to attachment for further information" - but of course there was no attachment. When I told them I was cancelling with credit card company, they then said it shipped - but of course no shipping information. They are scammers and I really didn't know they were a chinese company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
It seems I too fell for the positive reviews and good prices for a stationery bike from this site. My ordered was supposedly shipped on June 2 and as of today, July 4, I have received nothing. The tracking says it was shipped but no details. I strongly recommend you don't fall for this website. I read that the domain name has been in existence less than 6 months. Big red flag. I'm usually more careful than this. Let's put these scammers out of business!
I ordered in the beginning of May a stationary bike.
Middle of July... still not delivered. Unable to cancel my order and get them to refund my money.
Worst customer service.
First of all, look at the price of their products. They're so low cost plus free shipping for a great product product. This should tell you something people. There are scammers like this all over social network and the web using pay per click. They invest a few dollars but will scam you hundreds of you order several products. They use fake tracking numbers from major shopping companies. But their website is all shady and with bogus information. No phone number or address. They're based in China or Hong Kong. Buyer beware, these scammers don't care about you. Report them to the platform where you found them, either a social media or google ads.
It's been almost seven weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn't showed up. I've contacted Credvita multiple times and they keep telling me to be patient and it will show up. I asked for a full refund since UPS doesn't even have tracking information on it and they basically said no and offered a 30% off coupon for my next order. I absolutely do not want a coupon as I will never be ordering from them again. Hopefully I will finally get a refund at some point as I highly doubt my order will ever arrive.
Credvita issued a fake tracking number then "used" UPS initially, the changed the delivery company to FedEx the day of the delivery. The packaged was marked delivered and when we contacted UPS and FedEx, they informed me that these tracking numbers were not recognized (by either company). I've been scammed out of $169.00. Credvita is a scam. Buyer beware
So idk whether this site is a scam or not but if I don't receive my order I can just cancel it with my bank and file a report. But I just ordered so I'll give them a chance. I'll give updates weekly.

Ordered May 15, paid extra for priority, still not here & cant get ahold of nobody. Starting to think this website is a scam.
Credvita Home Fitness was helpful in our selection for our home. Customer service has been a great help in assessing and advising what will work well for our little employee gym. Because of their construction and quality devices used. Provided a great price for delivery and setup, which is essential. Such great quality and everything we need. We are so happy and thankful to finally have a home gym.
At the Credvita store is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Sales consultant took the time answering my questions online to share some very valuable pointers on getting more out of my machine. Without any kind of aggressive sales pitches which would have turned me off. First I was looking at Rowing machines and ended up purchasing a Treadmill after exploring the various options at that store and other stores.
The Credvita.com is fantastic! Great variety of products, wonderful staff, and excellent customer service. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They also are not pushy with their sales tactics; they listened to our needs, showed us a variety of options, and didn't press us to make a decision right away. Very helpful. After sale customer support was fantastic.

Arrived on time. Prettier than I expected and very well made. Used it this morning and works just fine. The credvita product's button and all functions are normal is perfect.
