I love this set of dumbbells. However, I was a little hesitant to buy due to lots of negative reviews here. Some reviews were stating that this website is a scam, and other complaining about too long time delivery. But in my case things are completely different. I received the item 5 days later after ordering.
Let's get back to the product itself. These adjustable dumbbells are made with high quality. My wife and I both use these dumbbells. As a military family who moves 2-3 years, it is wonderful to not have to pack up an entire set of dumbbells and keep track of them during the moves. We also have seen the awesome results from these. When we change the weight on the dumbbells, it is a nice smooth transition.
I am highly satisfied with this product. I recommend this to anyone who is a beginner to intermediate lifter.

My wife ordered a bike from this company on June 4,2020. At that time there were many positive reviews and no negative reviews. Clearly these positive reviews were FAKE! It took over a month to finally receive the bike on 7/10/2020. The day we received the bike we assembled it and it was very clear we had been scammed. The bike looked like a toy. It was made for a small child not an adult. My wife is 5'4" and weighs about 140 lbs and the bike is way too small for her. It is also very cheaply made and probably would not last a week with a 70 lb child using it!

The next day 7/11/20 we emailed the company and said we were not happy with our purchase and wanted to return it citing their 30 day return policy. They actually emailed us the next day but instead of providing us return instructions, they resounded with gibberish as follows "We can offer you a $35 coupon for your NEXT ORDERING OR SEND YOU FINE AND EXQUISITE PRESENT along with your next ordering from our store!" After getting this email, we immediately disputed the transaction with our credit card company. Almost four months after ordering this toy bike, we are still trying to get the $214.90 charge refunded.

BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

I ordered a pull-up bar for my son. It was very reasonably priced that was all excited. I read the reviews and all of them seem good except after a week or two when I looked back a lot of people were writing that this was a scam. They are located in Hong Kong so time difference is different so when I wrote to them it took 24 hours for them to respond. My son thought I was getting scammed so I did contact the credit card company. As you look through you'll notice through the different shipping methods it takes 35 days or more for this product to come to the USA. I did receive the merchandise. Now I have to call the credit card company and tell them that the company was honest it just took a lot of time to receive the product during this pandemic. So this company is not a scam!

After two months of waiting for our package and fighting them on getting money back and then messing up the shipping label the bike finally shows up. Get the package and the box (as shown in pictures) is destroyed. Pick it up and the whole thing about falls out the bottom. Get it open and parts are damaged. Overall everything was a terrible experience. For future reference go through amazon. Better outcome and business done through them. And don't try and call them they won't allow it. Say because of time zone difference they will only email and make up other excuses why you can't call.

Credit said item in stock in Hawaii and ready to ship - ordered express shipping. I got charge on card and message item coming from China, I immediately tried to cancel. Days later, I got message item shipped. I contacted and told I could not cancel and would have to return. Items arrived 6+ weeks later, box crushed, ripped open and parts poking out (Competitor item arrive less than 10 days normal shipping). Credit will not provide any return information and said they are having problems with profit margin due to COVID and now will not return and have stopped answering emails. STAY AWAY FROM CREDVITA>

Purchased a "SPIN BIKE" with wheels that do not spin, missing parts, inferior quality, non existent customer service. PAYPAL was no help! Wanted me to Pay to send item back. Item cost $225, cost $150 to send back! Bike is the size for a 5 year old!

I have been waiting on a excercise bike since May. They forgot to put my apartment number on my package, and now the package is lost. I filed a claim with UPS, and UPS stated the claim goes to the shipper (Credvita). After endless emails, Credvita has not refunded my money. Legit they stole 230.64 from me and refuse to refund. I will repost this everyday in as many platforms as possible. Ridiculous, they basically stole 230.64 from me. Order your products from another company than Credvita. Criminals.

Credvita is not a legitimate business. Credvita It is a fake criminal enterprise using a low price, free shipping ploy to pull unsuspecting customers into its web of lies and criminal practices. Credvita is a complete fraud. Do not place orders with these criminals. Report them immediately to your financial institutions or credit card service. Do not waste time with communication. Credvita will merely, politely provide multiple fake tracking numbers and endless be patient messages to stall retaliation. Simply report them. I would rate no star if was an option.
